Villa Serenita is located 3 minutes by car from the shops, 6 km from the airport, the first beaches and the city centre of Ajaccio.
Fully air-conditioned, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, ping-pong table, table football, bowling alley, mini billiards, basketball hoop, offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and can accommodate 12 people.

2 magnificent terraces (150m2) including 100 m2 covered, allowing you to eat outside, in the shade and sheltered at each meal.

My accommodation

Villa Serenita is south facing and not overlooked.
It has 12 beds, divided into 4 bright bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 separate toilets spread over 250 m2.

In the garden a heated swimming pool (7mx3m, depth from 0.90m to 1m40) heated (depending on the period) with two large submerged decks and a solarium area with 10 sunbeds.
Access to the swimming pool is secured by a closed gate.
A covered and secluded jacuzzi.

Covered terraces: the kitchen and living room have direct access to the terraces (150m2 of which 100m2 are covered) which offer an additional dining area (with plancha).

There is also a jacuzzi, outdoor lounge, table football, table tennis, mini billiards, bowling alley, basketball hoop and a fish pond.

Services included in the rental price:

Bed linen with duvets, beds made on arrival, towels, foutas (pool towels), tea towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Baby equipment on request (high chair, travel cot).
Wi-Fi with fibre.
There are plenty of parking spaces within the property.
Electrical socket for cars.
End of stay cleaning (kitchen and plancha must be clean) included.
Possibility of cleaning and linen change during the stay at an additional cost.

Ground floor.

Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer...
Small appliances: Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer...

Laundry room: additional fridge, washing machine, dryer, drying racks, separate toilet with washbasin.

Two living rooms, a cosier one with library and television (Chromecast) and a second very bright one with fireplace, opening onto a very large covered terrace.

Upstairs.

4 spacious bedrooms, air-conditioned with plenty of storage, equipped with quality bedding.
The beds are made with duvets, towels, foutas for the jacuzzi and the swimming pool.

On the 1st floor

• Bedroom 1, Master suite, facing south with views of the garden, jacuzzi and terraces.
High-end King size double bed, dressing room with wardrobe, wardrobe and hangers. Large console and reading area.
En-suite shower room, private with separate toilet, washbasin and very large walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2, with a view of Mount Gozzi and the Koi carp pond.
2 Beds in 90 x 200 or joined together for a super King size bed.
Chest of drawers, dressing room with wardrobe and wardrobe with hangers and large desk.

• Bedroom 3, mountain views.
A 140 bed, wardrobe with wardrobe, hangers and a large desk.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a large independent bathroom with double sink, bathtub, large waxed concrete shower and separate toilet

On the 2nd floor:

• Bedroom 4, very large attic room, bright, sleeps 6 in a dormitory spirit with its shower room, sink and separate toilet.

The house has stairs.

Noise pollution:
Noisy parties are not allowed.
The swimming pool is heated from mid-April to early November.
