About this property

This 3 bedroom cottage has a beach that is second to none. This is the back (non-lake side) side of our main house which was cut in 1/2 30 years ago. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Cooking utensils and appliances are all included to make your stay enjoyable. The swimming and fishing and other water sports at this family beachfront community is quiet and friendly. This 3 bdrm cottage is the back side, (2 stories) of our main home . It features an open floor plan with an attached side deck with beautiful lake views. A convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. A first floor 1/2 bath has been added this year. New flooring throughout the first floor as well. Included among the the second floor bdrms is a reading room/porch which captures the cool breeze off of the lake.The full bathroom is located upstairs.
We have been restricted to a 3 bedroom max by the local government.
