Located 50 m from the sea, this apartment with floor, fully renovated in 2015 offers all the comforts for a pleasant holiday in Finistere. On the first floor of a detached house, this duplex has a private parking and a separate entrance.
Renting up to 5 people, the ground floor consists of a main room with kitchen (gas hob, kettle, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and toaster) , lounge with TV TNT, wc and laundry area (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board).
Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 second bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed are available, and finally a bathroom with shower and toilet.
During your stay, you can enjoy the terrace of 50 m² with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs.

Location idéale en bord de mer. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle, et l'accueil par les propriétaires a été parfait de bout en bout, avec livraison de poisson et de fruits de mer. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette annonce.

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung geräumig. Der Vermieter sehr nett (hat uns Gemüse aus seinem Garten gegeben und den Unterstand für unsere Fahrräder geräumt). Die Terrasse ist groß und das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse war ein super Start in den Tag. In der Nähe ist ein Spielplatz, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Das Meer ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in Allem, sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Guénolé dans un logement très confortable où rien ne manque avec en prime un accueil chaleureux de nos logeurs. Nous avons été choyés par Alexandre qui nous a fait profiter de langoustines et autres poissons c'était magique. Il ne faudrait pas oublier la région qui est magnifique, encore calme et sauvage et qui permet de se ressourcer loin du tumulte du quotidien. Un grand merci à la famille Carval pour la qualité de son accueil et la simplicité de la communication, il n'est pas impossible que nous revenions !

Tolle Wohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Aus dem Fenster kann man das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass man ohne Auto das Meer, den Hafen, einen Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci Alexandre!

Une location confortable et des propriétaires très accueillants.

Très bien situé, proche de la mer et du port de St Guénolé. Pour ceux qui adorent les produits de la mer, ils seront servis et même par Alexandre le fils de la maison que l'on remercie chaleureusement. La location est très agréable, spacieuse, silencieuse et on s'y sent chez soi. Une belle réussite qui donne envie de revenir.

Appartement dans une maison traditionnelle bretonne très bien restaurée. Très équipé et très propre. Propriétaires attentionnés et sympathiques. Couchés de soleil sur l'océan à 2 minutes à pieds.

Superbe appartement en duplex, état neuf très bien équipé proposant toutes les commodités et une belle terrasse. Sans oublier un local pour abriter vos vélos. Location très propre. Des propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux. Proximité commerces, restaurants et plages très appréciable. Nous recommandons la plage de Pors-Carn et les sardines frites de "la Glacière". Un appartement impeccable et des propriétaires adorables !

Mme Carval nous a souhaité un bon séjour en nous offrant un far breton maison délicieux tandis que son fils nous a gentiment fait profiter des produits de la mer. Des personnes charmantes et un gite très bien aménagé, que demander de plus ? Bien évidemment nous recommandons de tout coeur ce gite ! Encore merci à la famille Carval.
