La Villetta, part of a condominium but completely independent, is a few minutes walk from the sea and is about 300 meters from the Piazzetta di Porto Rafael. . The spectacular view from the loggia and the terrace in the shaded garden allow moments of great peace and absolute autonomy. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, partially covered patio, covered loggia with sea views, garden with terrace and sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with every comfort (satellite TV, DVD player, free WI-FI, dishwasher, washing machine, oven)
The condominium is supervised by a caretaker present 6 days a week.
The house is located in the Porto Rafael area, the delightful and exclusive village created by Count Rafael Neville in the late 1960s. It is 3 km away. from Palau, the center equipped with every tourist service: shops for shopping, restaurants, bars, ferries to the island of Maddalena, marina for boat storage, sightseeing tours between the islands of the archipelago, railway station for tourist connections with the interior of Sardinia, Bus terminus for connections with Olbia (port and airport), Santa Teresa and many other Sardinian towns, Medical services.
