Independent cottage on the beach, ground floor, completely renovated in 2010, furnished and equipped with everything for 4 people.
Friendly and welcoming, with an exclusive garden in front, parking and private access to the beach.
Located in the Gulf of Castellammare, Alcamo Marina beach shoreline, 100 meters west of Hotel La Battigia.
Despite the central position, this stretch of beach is quiet and little frequented and there is no need to cross roads or underpasses to reach the sea.
Rooms with ceiling fans.
Kitchen complete with crockery and pans, freezer, oven, hob and double stainless steel sink. TV, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom equipped with shower, water heater, hairdryer.
Living room facing south veranda equipped with dining table and chairs with class A + pollen air conditioner.
Large shaded veranda, outdoor shower, washing machine, table, chairs and deck chairs, large sun umbrella, barbecue.
