Beautiful villa with exceptional views over the Gulf of Ajaccio located in Zizoli, a place called on the heights of Porticcio.

Modern villa of 240m2 on one level quiet and not overlooked, recently built (2013) on a fenced plot of 3000 m2

With a large living room and kitchen, the villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with toilet and dressing room, laundry room, air conditioning in all rooms and an outdoor area with terrace, outdoor kitchen, sunbathing, bbq, a heated swimming pool of 5x10m overflowing with shutter of security and access to the jacuzzi.

Check in is at 5.30pm and check out at 10am. (Flexible according to the possibilities offered by the planning of the entrances and exits)

The household linen (sheets, rugs and towels) are provided and the household of exit is included in the amount of the hiring.

The tenant relationship, the reception, inventory and rental services are entrusted to a local private concierge.

The place called Zizoli, near the tower of Frassu, is accessible by the D302 from the road Clos Capitoro, is located about 15 minutes from the center of Porticcio and its beaches and shops, and about 20 minutes from the beach. Ajaccio airport.

Magnifique endroit avec une perspective sublime sur le golf d’Ajaccio ! Un endroit parfait pour déconnecter et profiter pleinement de cette très belle villa ! Le jardin est de surcroît particulièrement magnifique. Merci à Yann pour son accueil et sa disponibilité! Et maintenant qu’il n’y a plus de guêpes, tout ne peut être que parfait ! À faire ou à refaire sans aucune hésitation !

Wahnsinns Villa mit atemberaubendem Blick

Super Anwesen lädt zum Relaxen am Pool mit atemberaubendem Blick über Ajaccio, Porticcio und dem Meer ein. Die etwas mühevolle Anfahrt wird mit einem Traumhaus belohnt, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Übergabe und Unterstützung während des Aufenthalts durch Yann einfach perfekt.

Fantastischer Blick

Das Haus liegt in Toplage,einzigartiger Blick.Alles sehr geschmackvoll angelegt,innen modernes Design und trotzdem sehr gemütlich.Gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Wasserdruck ganz oben auf dem Berg ist etwas schwach,es sollten also nicht zwei Leute gleichzeitig duschen,aber das ist kein Problem.Wir würden es sofort wieder mieten,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,es fehlt an nichts. Auch Yann,der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen,wenn man etwas abseits der Massen einen stilvollen,komfortablen Urlaub machen möchte.

Magnifique maison dans un environnement très calme et une vue majestueuse sur la baie d’Ajaccio

Très belle maison, grande pièce à vivre avec superbe cuisine ouvrant sur la terrasse et la piscine avec vue sur la grande bleue. Fabuleux. Chaque chambre est vast bien équipée. Tout pour un super séjour en famille ou avec des amis.

Entspannung pur!

Das Haus ist großartig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer umwerfend und der Garten wunderschön gestaltet. Das Allerbeste ist die Terrasse mit dem Blick über die Bucht von Ajaccio samt traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen … Entspannung pur. Leider funktionierte der Whirlpool nicht, was aber bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur nicht so wild war. Was nicht gut war, war die Tatsache, daß der Pool nicht richtig funktionierte. Das sorgte u.a. für grünes Wasser. Auf Nachfrage kam zweimal jemand, aber gereinigt wurde das Becken nicht wirklich in der gesamten Zeit. Bei einem nicht einwandfrei funktionierenden System wäre es unseres Erachtens wichtig, jemanden regelmäßig danach schauen und den Roboter fahren zu lassen. Sehr hilfreich war Yann, den wir jederzeit für alles anrufen konnten und der sich sofort um alles kümmerte. Und dazu tolle Tipps hatte.

Vue à couper le souffle

Une villa magnifique avec une vue et un coucher de soleil absolument fantastiques . Un peu loin du centre ville pour les croissants du matin . Yann est très sympathique et accueillant . Le service en milieu de séjour , femme de ménage ou pisciniste au top +++++.

Des vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument formidable dans cette maison magnfique. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le jardin est luxuriant, les espaces de vie sont bien pensés et permettent de vivre à 8 en toute liberté. Les équipements sont parfaits. L accueil et la disponibilité du concierge sont extrêmement appreciables. Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner.

Moderne Villa in spektakulärer Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Der Concierge Service (vielen Dank an Yann) ist sehr nett, sehr zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Check-In und Check-Out erfolgten pünktlich. Die sehr junge Villa ist äußerst gepflegt. Das Interieur ist sehr hochwertig. Die Küche ist absolut vollständig ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich überzeugt durch einen großen Infinity-Pool, einem Whirlpool, Außenküche und hochwertigen Sitzmöbel und Liegen. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Das absolute Highlight der Villa ist die Lage. Sie liegt außerhalb jeder Ortschaft in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung in ca. 350 Meter Höhe. Der Ausblick auf die gesamte Bucht von Ajaccio ist traumhaft und spektakulär zugleich. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, wird sie hier finden. Die Straße zur Villa ist auf einer Strecke von ca. 500 Meter nicht geteert, aber dennoch mit herkömmlichen PKWs problemlos befahrbar. Wenn diese Immobilie irgendwann nicht mehr zur Vermietung steht, könnte es daran liegen das ich sie gekauft habe ;-) 😉 Für unsere zukünftigen Urlaube auf Korsika werden wir diese Immobilie wieder mieten, ganz sicher!
