About this property

Alegria: Modern house with private pool

House with large garden and private pool of 24 m2. Located just 600 meters, about 7 minutes walk, from Riells beach. A very wide beach, with crystal clear and shallow waters. Ideal for children! The beach promenade offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shops of all kinds.

The house is divided into two floors, on the ground floor is the large living room with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, and open kitchen (kitchenware, pots, and pans) with exit to barbecue.Everything in this house is designed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, barbecue, ping-pong, darts, private garage and one private parking.

On the first floor there is a room with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds in each and a bathroom with shower.

The house can accommodate 8 people: in a double bed, four single beds and a sofa bed.

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 2 to 10kg is allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday, holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 2€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Maison idéale pour des vacances sereines

Maison idéale, très bien pensée et aménagée. Equipement de qualité. Belle cuisine avec tout l'électroménager nécessaire. Excellente wifi. Piscine de bonne taille et très bien entretenue. Il faudrait faire mettre une plaque au trottoir comme à la maison d'à côté afin de rentrer la voiture plus facilement

La piscina súper neta. Hem estat molt bé, zona tranquil•la i casa ideal per anar amb nens. Hi ha poques pinces d’estendre. El calentador de l’aigua és just perque es dutxin 4 persones una darrera l’altra. La cisterna de dalt perdia aigua i una porta corredera de dalt no li anava el seguro. Coses que no van suposar cap invonvenient per nosaltres, però que si no les haguessim trobat hauria estat una estància de 10

Maison très agréable et spacieuse.

Maison spacieuse et très agréable proche de la mer et des commerces. Au niveau de la cuisine, il faudrait remplacer les poêles car vraiment très usées et non utilisables sauf une ! la cafetière électrique de très mauvaise qualité il faut 1/2 heure pour que le café passe j'ai du même la détartrer moi-même. Aussi pas de bouilloire alors annoncé dans l'annonce. Des portes serviettes en plus dans les salles de bain seraient très utiles.

Nos ha gustado todo en general, pero sobre todo la zona de piscina a pie de casa con el césped es muy cómodo. La piscina no estaba nada fría, tenía una temperatura que hacía muy agradable el baño. Tal vez una limpieza un poco más a fondo de cosas que a simple vista no se ven pero están como por ejemplo los tapones de las picas de baño por debajo estaban con mucha acumulación de porquería o la lámpara de comedor con mucho bicho acumulado.
