Welcome to Mas Tilia for rent since this year. An old building of 450m2 from the 17th century completely renovated in 2018 and 2024, classified 4 stars, with a splendid view of the Mont Ventoux.

You will find all the comfort you need with 7 bedrooms (including 3 with bathrooms), 2 independent bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 bar, 1 cinema and 1 secure swimming pool. All in a 35-acre garden in the hamlet of Jonchiers, 5 km from Buis-les-Baronnies (20 km from Vaison-la-Romaine and 70 km from Avignon).

Great family house

We’ve all enjoyed our stay in Mas Tilia very much! The garden, swimming pool, terrace, kitchen, spacious bedrooms; excellent house and location for a family week with teens & young adults to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary.

L'accueil a été très rapide sans faire le tour de toute la maison. Le ménage n'était pas bien fait. Le mas n'est pas adaptée pour recevoir des groupes d'adultes. Pas de fermeture dans les salles de bains et WC. Hauteur sous plafond de 3 chambres insuffisante... Dommage car le cadre, le home cinéma, les terrasses sont très bien.

Très déçu par le gîte

Le descriptif sur le site ne correspond pas au lieu, en particulier la literie, les grands lits "extra larges" sont des lits en 90 accolés avec de toutes petites couettes, oreillers de mauvaise qualité. Toiles d'araignée dans toutes les pièces. Plus grave : l'électricité n'est pas aux normes, la production d'eau chaude est insuffisante pour certaines chambres, le regard des eaux pluviales est sans capot, le puits est très mal protégé, le tuyau de la gazinière est périmé depuis 2019 ! Hotte cuisine pas raccordée, insert inutilisable car pas raccordé à une cheminée. Four inutilisable sans avoir fait un nettoyage minutieux. Les véhicules bas ont des problèmes pour rentrer dans la cour. Il y a des bruits de craquement, les murs et le sol présentent de nombreuses fissures inquiétantes. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce gîte. Mais nous reviendrons dans les Barronnies car c'est une région magnifique.

Un havre de paix et de détente

Nous avons séjourné au mas Tilia car nous participions aux Choralies de Vaison . Nous étions 9 adultes et 6 enfants ( de 2 à 7 ans), et nous avons été sous le charme de la maison. De l’accueil sympathique de Madame Galand à notre départ, nous avons pu profiter de cette demeure de caractère fonctionnelle et bien équipée que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine, des chambres très bien décorées et des loisirs divers ( salle de projection, baby-foot, vidéothèque, bibliothèque, piscine, boulodrome...) . Les équipements sont conformes à la description faite sur le site. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
