Air conditioning to the lounge and bedrooms, equipped with Satellite TV & DVD player. The kitchen has all mod cons. There is a particularly large balcony with steps leading down to the pool.

Five minutes drive to Vilamoura Marina, with it's numerous bars and restaurants and the miles of golden sands of the award winning Falésia Beach. Also within easy driving access of Almancil, Loulé, Albufeira, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Only 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport.
