Semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms for 6 people on the beachfront in a 6-home development. Garage, living room with terrace with magnificent views of the beach. Community pool for the 6 homes of the urbanization.
Located on the beachfront in the Oliva Nova Golf urbanization, surrounded by olive and orange groves between Gandía (Valencia) and Denia (Alicante). Oliva Nova combines sun, sea and mountains.
Near several equestrian centers and an area of special environmental beauty, near the Mariva de Oliva / Pego
The beach is of natural dunes with great environmental interest. It is a beach of fine sand, with little depth of sea water, very quiet, ideal for families.
You will enjoy its golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, the tennis and paddle courts. You can also enjoy water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, surfing, water skiing or sailing are some of the disciplines that you can practice thanks to the location of Oliva Nova on the beachfront. They can also play beach volleyball.
If you need help, we have the support of the local service company, TOSSAL MULTISERVICIOS, with an office at the entrance to the urbanization of Oliva Nova Golf.
The house has a private garage within the house itself, in a gated community for 6 unique homes.
