In the Charvet Village, in Arcs 1800, Studio completely redone in summer 2017
In the Lauzières residence, Ideally located on the snow front, ski-to-door departure, 2 min from the shops, ski school at the bottom of the building.
South orientation

The studio of 30 m2 very functional and very pleasant with a southern exposure towards with a view on the slopes It is fitted out for 5 people: - 1 Mountain corner with Bunk bed + drawer bed, - 1 living area with convertible sofa (pull-out bed) , - Equipped American kitchen, - Bathroom with bathtub, - Storage space in the corridor (wardrobe, cupboards) - TV - WIFI - Bluetouth chain - Ski rack - Ski boot storage

In the heart of the Charvet Village, at the foot of the slopes and above the Piou Piou ESF club for children (no constraints to take them there in the morning!)

Court séjour en couple

Recherche d'un locatif bien situé et ensoleillé, contrat rempli. Au pied des pistes, bien équipé ,bien pour un court sejour (pour un plus long sejour, une meilleure literie serait un plus et une meilleure insonorisation egalement ..mais tout depend de la discretion des voisins comme souvent)

Appartement très bien situé et équipé. Propreté et accueil parfaits. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Seule surprise : le canapé convertible dans le salon est en fait un lit une personne avec un tiroir en dessous. Mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous. Nous reviendrons!
