This 5 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home is located in the Sombrero Beach neighborhood! Beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings, a sophisticated and cozy ambiance, you will feel as though you have arrived on your very own tropical island.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes adults and children of any age)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We loved everything about our stay. This home has it all. Some of us just wanted to lounge by the pool or on the upstairs porch and it was perfect! Some of us wanted to get on our boat and snorkel and fish everyday and it was perfect!

Great house!- bring your boat!

We stayed for a week over Labor Day and the house did not disappoint. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and is great for cooking large family style meals. The only negative I can say was the BBQ grill was not functioning properly but we notified the manager and they said they will get it fixed. This house is PERFECT for bringing your boat- the channel is always flat calm and the owners did a fantastic job on the seawall- there are very large rubber bumpers about every 8 feet and even at low tide the boat was fine. Sombrero reef is only about a 20 min boat ride from the house for some fantastic snorkeling. Overall we would highly recommend this house- we are ready to book it again next year!

Quiet escape minutes from the ocean

Plenty of space for 9 guests. Large living room, dining area and huge kitchen. There is no access to the apartment from main living area, not a deal breaker. The downstairs apartment has a roll out mattress in the sofa right in front of a small tv. It was the perfect hang out for the little ones to rest and nap. There's a large sliding glass door in front of it, could see them from the porch/pool. The pool is fantastic! The canal is teaming with jellies and fish. The iguanas are social. We had a visit from a ferret. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Publix and Walgreens very close by. Stock up on bug spray and hydrocortisone cream... don't skip this. Few minutes drive from Sunset Bar and Grille, wonderful food. I highly recommend renting a boat, there's so much to see here even just cruising the canals. We enjoyed our stay and Leslie was very helpful.

Overall the house is exactly as the pictures show! Plenty of indoor space, FABULOUS deck and pool! Plenty of beach towels, but daily supplies = go to the store! Only 1 roll of TP, 1 roll of PT, no laundry soap/dish soap/DW soap/hand soap, etc.... Since the house is only rented for 1 week + I expected a few more supplies. There is a great grocery/pharmacy/liquor store within a mile - so just stock up before getting there. After that, the place is exactly what I was hoping for my family! And the management staff always responded to a call or email within 24 hours!

Overall place was good. There were ducks that kept swimming and pooping in the pool on a regular basis. Property management was receptive to calls when asking for someone to come clean the pool. The neighbors next door were kind of sketchy and loud in the morning. A lot of people coming and going. While they did not bother us, I would be concerned if I came with my children.

Fantastic House!

The house was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen (balcony grill) was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone and dock space for the boat. The only thing that did not get 5 stars is location which is not the owners fault. The house is so close to the grocery stores and anything you could need but, some of the neighbors are less than friendly. Overall we had an amazing experience and would stay here again!

Great House!

We rented a boat to keep on Canal. We went exploring on the water everyday, came home to fun in the pool then retreated into the spacious house. My Brother who is on a little different sleep schedule than the rest of us got the apartment downstairs which he loved. We didn't have to worry about keeping quiet in the morning. Loved our family get away!

We had Ana amazing stay at this house! It had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed endless hours in the pool while the adults annoyed each other’s company. So much to do on the area as well! Sea rueful hospital, aquarium, Dolphin rescue! We would highly recommend this house! Fits 10 people perfect!

Beautiful spacious home. Loved the pool and view. Rented a boat which added so much to our stay. Twin beds were needing possible new mattress very worn and slanted, and basement apt has moldy smell.

60th Birthday vacation

Upon check-in to the house we found several minor maintenance issues that we called into the office and they were taken care of quickly. A more detailed inspection by the property manager should have caught these problems. Other than that the property was Amazing. Very clean, up to date, comfortable, and relaxing.

Home was very comfortable for 4 couples and a single person. Pool, deck, patio and living areas were great. Only issue the first couple of days were small bugs (no see-ums) which were prevalent around Marathon. Insect repellant/skin so soft did a good job repelling. Close to shopping, restaurants, and golf course yet quite private.

Awesome home and great location!

We were a party of 8 adults and 2 teens. This home provided for all of our needs. Lots of space and comfort. Cooks kitchen. Beach and pool towels provided. Need to bring beach chairs. Plenty of fishing off of dock in backyard. Fisherman's freezer on site. Great location/ Publix food market and Kmart about a mile away. Short drive to the beach.
