Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the first floor features shared laundry facilities with two stackable front-load washer/dryers for your convenience.
This unit is part of a beautifully maintained carriage house located behind the main estate. It is one of two units in the carriage house, each with private entrances to ensure your privacy.

Great location, beautiful beach

This quaint cottage is an old style home that was set in the perfect location, right next to a private beach!! The cottage could do with a couple of minor upgrades on dishes and furniture, but overall we loved our experience and stay!!

RUSTIC

The property isn't as nice as the pictures. After the place was cleaned it was tolerable and we really enjoyed our stay. It is in desperate need of updating in the Kitchen, bath and all appliances including Media and Internet. Actually there was no Internet for our stay which was fine for the first week but like not having a refrigerator for the second week. I would recommend at least one window AC unit to make the hottest nights sleep able. The property has been there forever and has a real great set up for cottaging. Amenities were close enough and The Lake and beach were a 10. If you're okay with a little rusticness, its a good spot.

Feedback is a gift. As U.S. citizens, we are/ were not permitted to cross the border to prepare our slice of heaven for renting. It is also very difficult to describe/explain the layout of our property. Opening up our 120 year old beach house (remotely) was a daunting feat this year. We will heed your remarks and adjust accordingly. Thank You

Location!

The location of this cottage is great..close to the semi-private beach and biking trail. We were disappointed with ‘internet’ as our devices couldn’t connect and was shared amongst several cottages. The hosts were always quick to respond to questions and concerns.
