'Do Beurguine' is located in the heart of the Bois de la Chaize, 80m from the Souzeaux beach (Noirmoutier-en-l'île). The house is in the center of a garden of 2,000M2 in a very quiet and residential area of the Bois de la Chaize accessible by sandy paths. 3 double bedrooms, 1 single and 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds. the house is suitable for 6-7 adults and 4-7 children. A large family bathroom (wc, bath and separate shower), a separate shower room (shower and wc), an en-suite shower room (shower and wc) in the double bedroom upstairs and an outdoor shower (with hot water) for beach lifts. The dining room with 5m ceiling opens on one side to an open kitchen with central island and to the living room on the other side. There is a terrace on each side of the house (dining room side and living room side). All floors are parquet, with underfloor heating throughout the house

1h30 bus or car from Nantes train station. The SNCF organizes a regular transfer from Nantes Station to Noirmoutier-en-l'île depending on the season. The house is 10 minutes drive from the bus station

Un merveilleux séjour. Maison spacieuse, très bien entretenue dans un cadre magnifique. À quelques tous petits pas de la plage de Souzeaux, parfaitement adapté avec des enfants en bas âge. Des heures de jeux dans le jardin également. Nous étions en voyage entre amis, nous avons tous apprécié la maison, conviviale et confortable pour de grande tablée.

Magnifique maison

Magnifique maison au coeur du bois de la chaise, à 50m de la plage. La maison est grande et chacun peu avoir son espace. Elle est tout équipée, il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses affaires.Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir

Juste parfait pour le repos!! Très calme dans la forêt , caché de tous et pourtant si près de la mer!!! Bel espace de maison , il ne manque rien, tt est pratique!! Proximité du centre à vélo ou à pieds ( nous n avons pas sorti la voiture de la semaine...c était royal!! interlocuteur très gentil. Nous y reviendrons en famille et ou avec nos amis.
