Located in Cape Windsor close to the Beach. Walk about 50 yards to the community pool and playground. 2 person and 1 person kayaks. Launch your boat at the community boat ramp and dock up to 22' boat at house. House has a Large screen room and two decks 1 large open overlooking the canal and 1 covered on street/pool side
