Spacious house located in a very quiet area, 400 meters from the city center and in the heart of the Sierra de Tramontana. The House has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the garden with barbecue, terrace and pool; inside the kitchen, reading room (with air conditioning), TV room (with wood stove) and a bathroom. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning, one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a terrace and there is another full bathroom for the remaining two bedrooms. The house has private parking.
