Have you ever imagined a vacation in full privacy, peace and completely without noise? Turn that imagination into reality and take a look at these 2 beauties named "Trinetta".

850 m away from the first local market, and 11 km from the beach. The first big city is "Pula", 9 km away. The restaurant "Vesna Loborika" is 7.2 km away.
These two houses are rented as one property for one group of friends or families.

Covered barbecue and 2 covered terraces with 2 outdoor tables and 8 chairs give you an opportunity for unforgettable gatherings with barbecue specialties prepared by your group's grill-master.

The real fun begins in the middle of the yard. With an area of 26.25m2, the pool provides enough comfort for a small group of people who can enjoy the fun while 6 sun loungers are available to anyone who wants to get tanned in the summer months. Istria has a lot of sunny days, so it would not be a bad thing to watch out for and use a protective cream.

The small lawn between these two houses gives natural charm to the whole story with 4 parking spaces around the yard area with a total square of 641m2.

We walk into the inside of the right house and enter the living room connected to the dining area. The Air Conditioning, a 4-seater dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen LCD TV with satellite channels make up a very charming combination of space where you will spend one part of a day. The kitchen is right next to the living room, separated and equipped with: - dishwasher - stove (glass ceramic) - refrigerator + freezer - oven - coffee machine - toaster - kettle - kitchen clothes From the living room, we enter the first bedroom with a double bed and then go through the hallway to the first bathroom and the second bedroom with a double bed, attached to its EN-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms consist of a toilet, a shower and a mirror + 1 washing machine for all.

The second house (left) with a very similar arrangement of furniture quickly accustoms every guest to the comfort and warmth of the family home. Main common room consists of a living room, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a mini kitchen where you can certainly prepare some more demanding dishes.

Schöner Urlaub mit ein paar Macken

Wir waren jetzt mit 2 Familien insgesamt 8 personen eine Woche im haus trinetta. Als wir dort ankamen empfang uns Rade ein netter mann der sich hier um alles kümmert. Als wir unsere häuser jedoch genauer betrachteten sahen wir das es grob sauber gemacht war aber nicht sauber genug. Der boden war mit flecken und das bad und das waschbecken in der küche war auch mit wasserflecken. Mussten dann selber nochmal ein wenig nachputzen damit wir uns wohl fühlten. Die Gegend ist abgelegen. Das Grundstück ist auch ganz in Ordnung. Der Pool ist wirklich das Highlight und mega mit seiner Größe und Tiefe von 1,50m. Das Eine Haus ist größer mit Küche und das andere kleiner mit kleiner Küche. Leider fanden wir es nicht so gut das so wenig Inventar da war. Ich find für 2 Familien ist es zu wenig. Es sollte in jedem Haus etwas mehr sein. Wir mussten ein Haufen selber einkaufen fürs Haus. Es waren für 2 Häuser insgesamt nur ein Geschirrtuch da. Im größeren Haus ist die ausziehbare Couch kaputt das heißt man konnte diese nicht zum schlafen nutzen. Auch die Terrassen Tür des größeren Hauses konnte man nicht zu machen weil sie immer wieder aufging und außen war der Henkel auch abgebrochen. Draußen die Terrasse ist schön aber ein Schirm hier auch wieder zu wenig. Es gibt nur einen Wäscheständer. Was das waschen für 2 Familien schwierig erweist. Der Grill der vorhanden ist war super. Kochen konnte man nur in dem etwas größeren Haus wo jedoch wenn alle Herdplatten an waren es gleich sie sicherung raus gehauen hat. Und auch hier lässt das Inventar zu wünschen übrig. Also war ein wenig schwierig etwas größeres zu kochen. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren sehr laut. Bei der Buchung stand das ein babybett und ein hochstuhl vorhanden sind. Ein babybett war im schuppen aber ohne Boden was für babys Wirbelsäule nicht besonders gesund war weshalb es bei uns im bett geschlafen hat. Die Betten selber waren so naja, also wir sind jeden Tag leider mit rückenschmerzen aufgestanden. Ein hochstuhl war nicht im haus. Gott sei dank hatten wir kinderwägen dabei wo wir unsere Babys dann rein setzen konnten. Am zweiten Tag war 1,5 km von uns ein waldbrand wo wir nicht genau wussten was sache ist, hab aber dem rade dann geschrieben der mit uns in Verbindung blieb das war gut. Letztendlich konnten sie den Brand löschen und wir wurden entwarnt. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren alle schon geklebt das heißt auch nicht mehr das beste Inventar. Im.großen und ganzen guter Urlaub
