L’appartement est grand et fonctionnel (climatisé).La terrasse est agréable (plein sud), dommage que les alentours ne soient aussi bien. Avec un parking au pied de l’immeuble.Il est situé à 15 min de la plage de Juan les Pins et 25 min de la plage de Antibes.Nous y avons passé 15 jours très agréable.

Spacieux, sécurisé et confortable

Merci à notre super hôte de nous avoir permis de passé une semaine dans son logement. Nous avons pu arriver avant l’heure prévue car le logement était libre et prêt. Celui-ci était également très confortable, spacieux (nous étions 4 personnes) avec également une terrasse immense ombragée à partir de 20h. Le gros plus : un parking ouvert mais privé et inaccessible pour les personnes ne résidant pas dans la résidence. Le lieu est calme et nous avons pu bien dormir toutes les nuits. Environ à 10min à pieds du centre ville et à 20-30 min à pied des premières plages publiques. Je recommande ce logement et reviendrai si je prévoir un nouveau séjour sur Juan les Pins.

Un bon séjour à Juan-les-pins

L'appartement est agréable et près du centre ville. Son accès principal est proche de la voie ferrée et d'une avenue passante, mais L'appartement est calme cependant, ce que nous avons apprécié.

Casa in posizione strategica e ben fornita

Madame Perre è una deliziosa signora che ha sposato, anni or sono, un siciliano. Deve aver acquistato, negli anni, lo spirito ironico degli italiani perché parlare con lei è piacevolissimo. Ora affitta questa casetta che si trova in posizione strategica tra Juan Les Pins e Antibes. Volendo si può lasciare l'auto a casa per raggiungere, con una comoda passeggiata, le spiagge. Inoltre a pochi passi si trova anche supermercato e altri negozi. La casetta è ben fornita, spaziosa, rimodernata dove serve (molto apprezzata l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza!) e con un balcone al top, per vivere alla grande il momento dei pasti all'aria aperta.
