The Viale is a lovely apartment located in Schiazzano in Massa Lubrense, the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula. Ideal for those who love tranquility, relaxation and at the same time want to visit the beauty of our Amalfi Coast. Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Capri, Ischia, nature trails, food and wine tours, ... and much more!
The apartment is the perfect combination: nature, scenery and relaxation!The apartment enjoys an excellent sea view and at the same time the quietness of those who are immersed in nature.
To welcome is a fantastic lemon grove shared with the owners. From here you have access to your apartment. A courtyard and a small garden, with chairs and a table. A few steps and you enter the apartment. A bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, satellite TV and a window overlooking the garden. A panoramic view, furnished with satellite TV, sofa bed, table and chairs. A bathroom with toilet, sink, tub, washing machine. study or reading area with desk. Then the kitchen with fridge, oven, kitchenette, sink, kettle, oven and various utensils ..
Upon arrival, guests will pay a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person, per night (up to 5 nights), cash payment.
We recommend traveling by car to better visit the beauty of our coast

Entspannung pur, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Fantastisch!!! Diese Ferienwohnung ist die Beste die ich/wir in Italien kennenlernen durfte/n. Sehr schön eingerichtet und für 5 Personen viel Platz. Viele Lebensmittel sind in der Küche vorhanden . Mehrere Obstschalen mit frischen Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten wurden in der Wohnung angerichtet . Der Blick aufs Meer und der Genuss des roten Sonnenunterganges mit der Silhouette von Capri ist unbeschreiblich. Viele Strände sind in der Nähe. Auch Pompeii oder Neapel sind mit dem Auto in 50-60 Minuten erreichbar. Doch jetzt der Knüller!! Bei Giovanna und Ihrer Familie fühlten wir uns nicht als Gäste, sondern schon fast als Familienmitglieder. So herzlich aufgenommen wurden wir in unseren Urlauben selten. Fazit: 10 von 10 Punkten in allen Belangen.... 100%ig empfehlenswert

außerordentliche Ferienwohnung und sehr freundliche und nette Betreuung

diese Ferienwohnung ist ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich. In der Küche waren viele Lebensmittel bereitgestellt. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Sekt. Auf dem Tisch stand eine Schale mit frischen Zitronen. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanna klappte sehr gut. Der Vater spricht deutsch. Auf dem Balkon hat man Meerblick und verschafft einen Überblick über die Gegend. Wanderungen kann man direkt vor Ort starten oder man fährt nach Termini bzw. Nerano. Auto ist gut, aber der kleine Ort Schiazzano wird auch von einem Bus angefahren. In Marina del Cantone ist ein toller Strand. Der Ort und die Gegend sind sehr authentisch, trotzdem hat man alles was man braucht für einen perfekten Urlaub.
