Spacious, air-conditioned three-bedroom apartment in the top area, close to the sea, beach, beach facilities and the famous Sol Stella Maris tourist village where the famous ATP Umag tennis tournament has been held for years.
The accommodation has three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed in the bedrooms provided with bed linen, kitchen with dining table and exit to the terrace with table and chairs , air conditioning, Wi-fi, satellite TV, a complete bathroom with washing machine and a small bathroom, bath towels provided (2 per person per week), at the entrance terrace with table and chairs, barbecue on the ground floor on request, an outside table without a barbecue nearby, parking in front of the house.
Just 300 meters from the beach, there is a grocery store, various restaurants and bars nearby.
The well-known tourist resort Sol Stella Maris just a few minutes' walk away, where the famous ATP tennis tournament in Umag has been taking place for years. During the tournament period night noises are possible.
Near the apartment there is a children's playground.
The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes or you can reach it with the tourist train. The tourist train station is 300 m from the house.
In the center of Umag you can visit the museum, the aquarium, stroll along the Umag dam, stroll along the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls on the promenade or take the children to the playground located on the promenade .
In the vicinity there are various possibilities for recreation: tennis courts, golf with 18 holes, horseback riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Trips in the hinterland interesting the artist town Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the white truffle area, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the sea areas PN Brijuni, trip by boat Fish picnic, trip to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave, Aqualandia for children, wine, cheese, olive oil tasting, typical Istrian ham and much more. The arrival is expected after 3 pm, while the departure before 10 am. In the afternoon between 14 and 17 and after 22 it is required not to make excessive noises, please use the appliances carefully. Any damage caused will be charged on the spot. It is forbidden to smoke in the interior but you can smoke on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.
