Hann's Villa is in set in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex known as "Blue Water Bay Village"



This well-presented 4-bedroom holiday home has sea views, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just a few minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches.



Outside Hann's Villa offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a purpose built large wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid-day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking.



There are two levels in this holiday home. With the ground floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living room which comes complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, air conditioning and access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities.



The first bedroom is downstairs, it has a double bed and good wardrobe space, air conditioning and guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC/shower room.



Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms. The first of the upstairs bedrooms offers a double bed, while the 2nd bedroom, 2 singles, both rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ample wardrobe space and a share the family bathroom. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, large built in wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom and a large veranda with outdoor furniture, which overlooks the garden and sea views.



The local area has lots of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more. Age requirements: Young groups under the age of 25 are not accepted.
