Sympathetic T2 of 45 m² nestled in a green and flowery setting, air conditioned, bright, comfortable, wi-fi.
Located in the center of the island in the town of Lamentin, access is secure with an electric gate. This T2 is on the ground floor of a villa built in a quiet area.
Located a few minutes from the paradisiac beaches with white sand from the south and gray from the north, its location is very central. It’s the starting point for all directions.
Contrary to possible traffic jams, this will allow you to explore the whole of northern or southern Martinique while optimizing the distances. Your well-being is our main concern and remaining available so that your stay is spent in the best conditions.
Its advantage: close to all amenities - 10 minutes from the airport, five minutes from a shopping center. With a swimming pool, you can enjoy the gentle rhythm of the West Indies.

Super mooi rustig appartement.
We werden opgevangen eind van de middag bij het huis van de eigenaar. Erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Hebben ons naar appartement gebracht en alles laten zien. Het zag er allemaal netjes uit. Omdat het zondag was hadden ze zelfs een ontbijt geregeld voor ons zodat er dit de volgende ochtend konden eten. Zelfs savonds werd gevraagd of we iets te eten wilden. Erg aardig allemaal. Later in de week een heerlijke kokosnoot met ze gedronken uit hun eigen tuin. Kortom super week en verblijf. Komen zeker terug als we weer naar Martinique komen.
