Spacious cabin for our family of 10. Loved the incredible views, both the evening sunsets from the relaxing hot tub, and the morning sunrises from the front porch glider. The grandkids especially loved the game room and the adults enjoyed a glass of wine around the fire after the kiddos got tucked in. The windy road up to the cabin was a bit scary as was our bear ‘encounter’ but both were part and parcel to a stay in the Smokies!! Such great memories! Our only glitches had to do with confusion surrounding the alarm system directions and some disappointment in the level of cleanliness. I was also surprised by the meager supplies provided for a 5 night stay. Apparently it is protocol in this area but not typical in our history of VRBO stays. They provide a basic starter supply, which that we has to bring our own hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, firewood and coffee and condiments. Luckily there is a great grocery store just five minutes away so all worked out. Communication with the owners was excellent.

This is a beautiful home that is in a great location!! You are up in the mountains, but just a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and stores. The views are outstanding and we had daily bear activity.

Great vacation home! Had a wonderful time. The views from the cabin were beautiful in the heart of fall. Our host provided us with all the info we needed and the cabin was clean and well stocked. Definitely watch out for the bears as they check things out frequently and don’t leave anything (including soda cans) in your car! The fire pit and hot tub were welcome extras that got a lot of use. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin during New Year’s week! The location was perfect—close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, and festivities, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The cabin itself was cozy, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably.The views were absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings and evenings, and made welcoming the New Year extra special. The amenities were exactly as described, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. Everything from the kitchen to the living areas was well-equipped, and the cabin was warm and inviting despite the winter weather.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. This was the perfect place to ring in the New Year, create great memories, and unwind in the Smoky Mountains. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Gatlinburg!

Hi, I’m Chris — my wife Sarah and I fell in love with the Smoky Mountains years ago after spending countless vacations here. After renting cabins for many seasons, we finally decided to create our own mountain retreat, starting with Roaring Fork Lodge. That experience inspired us to grow and share our love of the Smokies with others through Bella Vista Lodge and several other upscale properties in Gatlinburg.

We personally manage all our cabins with great pride, focusing on cleanliness, maintenance, and thoughtful touches that make each stay special. Our goal is to provide the same experience we love — relaxing, spotless, and perfectly prepared for unforgettable mountain memories.
