Es Bosquerró 054 fantastic finca with fenced swimming pool, children's playground, terrace, barbecue and WiFi

Cosy villa in Santa Margalida, perfect for families with children.



It is located in the north of the island in an excellent area for inland and beach tourism.

The house is very spacious, open kitchen and living room, all fully equipped so that you lack nothing during your holidays. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside there is a lovely area for children where they will do nothing but have fun, there are toys, slide, swing, sandpit.....

For adults, there is also a ping pong table.

The pool (4x8) is completely fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones.



There is also a barbecue area and garden furniture to enjoy the best meals with family or friends.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Had a wonderful time with my family at this villa. This was a great rental and so beautiful. The grounds and pool were very nice, as well as the inside of the home, all the rooms. The location was excellent. When we requested more towels, the property managers were so helpful and very quick to bring us more, which was very nice and accommodating. Good location. Nice and clean house with protected pool

Nice and clean house with protected pool. Very nice terrace and garden. Quiet and peaceful place, but you need a car for sure. Almost all Mallorca top places you can visit in 1 hour drive. Closest beach in 15 minutes drive. Also a lot of toys and things for kids. Great place and great team, who always in contact and help you with everything.

- wunderschöne Aussicht, Sonnenuntergänge & Sternenhimmel - gute Lage, um mehrere schöne Gegenden anzufahren - sehr großes Grundstück - Toller Pool - großer Sandkasten mit Spielsachen - sehr großer Kühlschrank & Gefrierschrank - defekte Gegenstände aussortieren/ersetzen, vor allem gefährliche defekte Kinderspielsachen - giftige Pflanzen aus Garten entfernen - Privatsphäre achten (nicht während des Aufenthalts unangekündigt zum Rasenmähen vorbeikommen!!!) - Schimmel und Dreck aus Waschmaschine regelmäßig entfernen - Rutsche ersetzen, bei der keine Gefahr von Holzsplitter droht

Alles wieder sehr schön!

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Finca und es war alles wieder super. Der Kontakt zu Mallorca Charme läuft über WhatsApp zügig und ohne Probleme. Die Handwerker wurden so angekündigt. Auch diese waren sehr freundlich und haben überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine kleine Anleitung zur Nutzung des Gasherdes wäre toll. Wir hatten letztes Jahr 20 Minuten gebraucht, um ihn in Gang zu bringen, weil wir keinen Gasherd gewöhnt sind.

Die Finca war uns als Familie perfekt. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz zum Spielen, Essen, Schlafen. Unsere Kinder liebten es, auf der Einfahrt mit den bereits vorhandenen Fahrrädern und Rollern herumzufahren. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden Durch die Abgelegenheit der Finca konnten wir richtig entspannen und den herrlichen Ausblick geniessen.

Mit Kleinkind ist die Finca wirklich sehr toll. Eingezäunter Pool, Spielplatz und jede Menge Fahrzeuge für die kleinen.Es ist toll und ruhig gelegen. Einziges Manko war die Dusche. Der Wasserstrahl war sehr gering und die Einstellung von warmen Wasser war sehr schwierig. Es wurde immer wieder sehr kalt oder sehr heiß. ( man lernt aber damit um zu gehen ☺️)Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familie mit Kindern

Wir waren überwältigt von der Gastfreundschaft im Es Bosquerro. Für Kinder ein reines Paradies zum Spielen, Baden, Toben… und für die Eltern ein toller Ort zum entspannen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie benötigt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber die Ventilatoren und die Fensterläden helfen ein wenig.

Ruhiger Familienurlaub

Die Finca liegt ruhig und etwas abgelegen inmitten von Feldern. Santa Margalida ist aber durchaus auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man gerne einen Spaziergang unternimmt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet dort alles zum Kochen, Backen und Grillen. Einzig das kalkhaltige Wasser ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, was aber an der Ortschaft selbst und nicht an der Unterkunft liegt. Unseren Kindern (3 + 7) hat vor allem der Pool und das weitläufige Grundstück, auf dem man super toben konnte ohne jemanden zu stören, gefallen. Der einzige wirkliche Minuspunkt ist die Couch, da müsste wohl mal eine neue her. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft und auch der Service von MallorcaCharme sehr zu empfehlen. Das Sofa müsste mal erneuert werden.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, traumhafter Garten

Die Finca ist für Familien perfekt. Kinder finden viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Traumhaftes Grundstück. Innen rustikales Finca-Flair. Boden, Möbel, Bad sehr sauber. Spielzeug und auch Geschirr und Kochzubehör könnten einmal repariert, aussortiert oder ersetzt werden. Sofa löst sich unter den stilvollen Tüchern in seine Bestandteile auf (brüchiges Leder). Es wären einige geringe Investitionen nötig, um das Urlaubserlebnis perfekt zu machen. Wir hatten trotzdem eine wundervolle Zeit.

La maison est au milieu de la campagne, très paisible mais à distance tout à fait raisonnable des premières plages (10-15min). L'extérieur est plus qu'agréable et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons!

Vacaciones en Familia

Es la Finca perfecta para una familia con niños. Mis 3 hijos descubrian todos los dias algo nuevo en la finca y pasaron felices. Para nosotros adultos perfecto para relajar porque sabiamos que los niños estaban seguros. Lo unico que falto para que sea perfecto fue un aire acondicionado, ya que en dias muy calientes las noches fueron muy calurosas a pesar de los ventiladores. Pero con el tiempo nos acostumbramos a eso. Muchas gracias por las hermosas vacaciones. Saludos Ana y Familia Aire acondicionado en la finca

Ruhe und Natur für die ganze Familie

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren Anfang April mit unseren Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Abends ließ sich das Haus super mit dem Kamin beheizen. Die Lage und Umgebung ist sehr privat und perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Trotzdem ist man in 15 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt und Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen.
