Exactly what we expected. Charming, clean, perfect for me, my wife and my mother visiting our daughter. Neal was incredibly responsive with a request we had and the location is convenient for anywhere we wanted to go. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Good options to socialize and eat together. The Peachtree House is a charming home in an ideal location for visiting Nashville. Everything was extremely clean, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and quality linens and towels. Neal was a gracious host who responded quickly whenever we had questions. While there are many great restaurants in the area, we particularly loved Primitive Coffee and The Bee Ice Cream, both just a short walk away. We would highly recommend staying at The Peachtree House when visiting Nashville!

Our stay was great. My only feedback would be that the futon bed is very hard and a foam topper would make it more comfortable for the one not in the beds. Thanks!

Absolutely charming and cozy! Everything was clean and ready for us to settle in. The host checked in to make sure we were great without being obtrusive! I will definitely save this listing for future stays in Nashville!

Excellent location. Felt very safe. It was conveniently located to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. The house was beautifully decorated - loved all the wood. The beds were very comfortable and the back yard parking was a bonus. Loved the door locks! Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Would book Peachtree House again for our next visit without hesitation.

A great place to find peace in the midst of a busy visit

We loved our stay at this cute little place! We were so close to everything and the neighborhood was so cute and quiet! We did have issues with the AC and the owner was amazing at responding and helpful with the issues!

Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Comfortable stay

We are a family of five with little kids stayed in the house for a week. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is very cute and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located within 10 min drive to the airport and the center of the city.

Relaxing stay

I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. My family and I loved this beautiful little bungalow and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location was good with a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to many attractions. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We will never forget the memories we made here. I absolutely recommend and would love to go back someday.
