Alderbrook Golf Retreat - with AC, fast Wi-Fi, and EV charger

We are committed to providing you with a clean, pleasant, and hassle free stay. We have invested in quality mattresses, bedding, and pillows for a comfortable night sleep. We have also added some fun tech features in the house like voice controlled lights, Pandora Music, and complimentary TV apps. YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney+ are complimentary. Pandora Music is available on Google Home Assistant to play music throughout the house. Heat and AC are controlled through a smart thermostat. A Level 2 EV Charger is available for guests.

The main level of the house features an updated kitchen and a large dining/living area. The primary bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on the main level. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and traditional coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, a toaster, and a blender. The living room and dining area both open to an outdoor deck that wraps around the back of the house.

The loft is open to the main level of the house and contains 2 queen beds and a renovated three quarter bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 1 - The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and has been recently renovated. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed with a down comforter, 48” SMART HDTV, dresser, and closet space.

Bedroom 2 (loft) - The second story loft is used as the second bedroom and includes 2 queen beds with down comforters and closet space. The loft is open to the main part of the house. There is also a three quarter bathroom in the loft, which includes a shower.

The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning service prior to your stay. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, and wash cloths are freshly laundered for each guest. Hard surfaces are disinfected. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. This house includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are supplied.

You will have access to free high speed WiFi (250Mbps). This house includes a 65" SMART HDTV with a DVD player connected. YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney + are complimentary.

Have fun with Google Home Assistant which controls the thermostat and most lights with voice commands (instructions provided). Google Home Assistant can also be used to search for information and play Pandora Music in the house.

Location - This house is located 1/2 mile from the Alderbrook Clubhouse and 2 miles from the Alderbrook Resort and Spa. All of the homes located on the Alderbrook Golf Course are well maintained and governed by an HOA. This home is located in a quiet golf course community.

Activities – Contact the ProShop for a tee time or head down the hill for a relaxing spa day at the Alderbrook Resort. Local groomed hiking trails originate near the clubhouse. Twanoh State Park is a short 10 min drive and contains hiking trails, a boat launch, and beaches. Explore the beauty of the Olympic Mountains at Olympic National Forest. The trails at Staircase are located just 30 miles from Alderbrook. The Hood Canal Marina (with kayak rentals in the summer) and the public boat launch are both located in nearby Union. There are several restaurants in the area. Casual dining is available at the clubhouse restaurant, and upscale dining at the Alderbrook Resort.
