This is the perfect home for a family getaway. It has everything you could think of for entertainment & they’ve done a wonderful job of covering a wide range of age appropriate items. The home is lovely, the location is private, quiet, and access to the beach is ideal.

The home was amazing and the owner beyond helpful and even checked in (via text) to make sure things were going great and there were no issues.We had a wonderful mini-family vacation over our Nations 250th Independence Day. The home and property were perfect, very clean and incredibly organized.

This is the most organized, clean, beautiful beach house! There were an abundance of activities including indoor and outdoor games and the beach just down the path. Our family of 10 all fit comfortably.We really enjoyed our stay!

We were impressed with the numerous amenities and cleanliness of the property. It was the best VRBO rental we have had and we've rented a few houses a year for years. The owner, property manager and crew have done a great job.

A lovely, spacious, very well-equipped luxury home with beautiful ocean views- out family had a fabulous holiday week together spent a lot of time in the game room playing board games and watched some movies on the nice 75 inch TV in the LR! The hot tub was also super fun to have after long chilly beach walks. We all would love to return for another vacation!

The most well stocked home we’ve ever been to. You will not be left wanting. Indoor games, outdoor games, entertainment, pet essentials, kitchen essentials (and plenty of non-essential but great to have appliances!) For 9 of us there was plenty of space and activities, we celebrated a birthday and made great memories. Thank you, Toby, for the communication and welcoming us to your home for our stay. Looking forward to doing it again in the future!

The house is very well supplied. From Kitchen appliances to beach supplies it's all there. There's room for everyone and the beach is just a few steps out the back door. The house is close to shopping and restaurants. We had the best family vacation yet! I would recommend this property to all of my friend (and I have). Loved our experience!

Excellent house for a group

Husband and I stayed here with a group of friends for new years and it was an excellent spot for us! It’s a short walk to the beach, the hot tub is in a spot where you actually want to hang out and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely book here again.
