Great location and beautifully appointed condo.

We enjoyed the month we stayed in North Naples. Andrew and Susan‘s condo was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay. It is in a perfect location to either walk or drive to many of the restaurants or other activities that the area has to offer. We will definitely plan on returning next year.

Good Choice

We spent 35 days here. This unit has plenty of room. 2 bedrooms with either a king or queen and a loft with another queen. Well appointed and a well stocked kitchen, this place is easy to live in. Location is good too. Although near two busy Naples intersections, the unit is quiet. Located within a couple of miles of 4 of Naples finest beaches, Vanderbuilt Beach is a simple mile away. You could walk/bike there if you wanted. The owner, Andrew is friendly and responsive. We had a couple of issues with appliances and Andrew took care of them very quickly. Nice unit with quiet neighbors, the complex has two heated pools. Overall, a good decision on our part to stay here. We’ll be back.

Beautiful townhouse

There are many positives with this property. Location is great and the unit was perfect for us. I loved the area. Everything you need is close by. We had an issue with the neighbors because my husband had a pickup truck and apparently they are not permitted. The owner was very accessible and responsive. We would stay again!

Great location! Highly recommend!

We spent a month here and loved it! The condo is decorated very nicely. We loved walking to a nearby shopping area, The Mercato. We could walk/bike to the beach and restaurants nearby. If we get the chance, we will stay again. The owner was easy to work with. It was a fabulous month!

We bought this property because of the lake I have been vacationing to this community for 15 years and finally this unit on the lake came available.I am so Lucky. I will be here for always, but now as an owner.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION LOCATION, Best of N. Naples , love this lake!!!!the view!!!!! 2 Pools , everybody is so nice here really. Walk to shopping , gym restaurant and nightlife. One mile to Sunny Beaches. All this and a very tranquil private setting .
