This charming, newly renovated condo is located in a quiet residential condo complex in the heart of historic Oxford, Mississippi. A short walking distance (.7 miles) to the Oxford Square and less than 5 minute drive (1.6 miles) to the Ole Miss campus, this two bedroom/ 1.5 bath condo has an open living and dining area, updated kitchen and deck. There is a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. A full bath is upstairs with a downstairs powder room. This condo is the perfect location for you to enjoy time in Oxford!

Entire unit recently renovated, bedrooms outfitted with comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and living area freshly renovated and nicely decorated. Kitchen has been fully stocked with new appliances- both small and large- new dishes, bakeware and pots and pans.

Please note this property is suited for no more than 4 guests. Violation of occupancy/number indicated on the rental agreement will forfeit your damage deposit and risk eviction. This is for safety of the neighbors and the well-being of the unit. Large parties are not allowed. Must be 25 to rent. Thank you.

Came to town to visit my freshman. My best friend came with me so we could also have a girls’ weekend. Easy drive to campus. Short drive to The Square for lunch and shopping. Wendy was very quick and responsive when a small leak from the fridge happened unexpectedly. She also left us some treats and delicious coffee!

Very nice weekend

We really enjoyed staying in this nice townhouse on Bramlett Blvd just seconds from the square. We definitely recommend it and hope it’s available on our next trip to Oxford.
