Absolutely stunning

The villa is perfectly located close to three beautiful beaches. The villa itself is fabulous - plenty of room, stunning views and lovely facilities. I would highly recommend for your holiday, we’re already planning to go back. Ana is super friendly and great at communicating.

As it says in the title: The House of Ana is beautiful and large. Magic Moment is the Upper floor with the telescope to have a view at the beach or the stars. Bonus for families with smaller children: Pool has a fence around it. Giving a certain peace of mind. Loved our stay. Thanks Ana

Nice and spacious house with a stunning garden an a breathtaking view over the cliff and Amoreira beach. On the other side a similar wonderful view up the river, especially beautiful when sparkling in the morning sun. Small but fitting pool and for us, who swam in the chilly water in november (!) a hot shower outside. What a treat! The kitchen has everything you need and the best thing is the upstairs living room with a fireplace an the best view over the sea when the weather is heavy and the rain is plustering against the big windows. So cozy.

Wie immer Atemberaubend

Wir waren schon öfter in dem Haus von Anna und Manuel und genießen immer wieder die hervorragende Lage mit atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem wunderschönen Wohnzimmer mit Panoramafenstern im ersten Stock, so dass man auch bei schlechtem oder windigen Wetter seinen Ausblick auf das Meer genießen kann. Espartal ist eine kleine Urbanisationen, welche oberhalb des schönen Strand Monte Clerigo liegt. Von dort aus kann man alle schönen Strände an der traumhaften Costa Vicentina besuchen. Liegt etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Wie immer haben wir die Gastfreundschaft des Hauses genossen und den unkomplizierten Check in und Check Out Vorgang geschätzt. Dieses Haus ist so ziemlich das schönste Haus in ganz Espartal und sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful house with a view

Our stay in Ana's house was very enjoyable. The communication upfront went very well and Ana and the caretaker Joao were very friendly and accomodating. The house was very clean and had everything you could wish for (sharp knives and orange juicer!). The garden with pool is beautiful and perfect for having dinner outside. You can see the sea from the house and via a small path it takes you about 3 minutes to get to the water. We very much enjoyed our stay and can only recommend you to stay in Ana's house.

Villa an wunderschöner Lage

Wir waren hier mit zwei Familien (acht Personen). Das Haus ist sehr gross, auch der Harten ist grosszügig in der Grösse. Der Pool ist eher klein aber unsere Girls hatten viel Freude daran. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Die Lage ist sehr gut um verschiedenste Strände mit dem Auto zu besuchen. Den Strand,welchen man vom Haus aus sieht ist bei Ebbe zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Houskeeper Joao ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit Ana Guillen hat super geklappt. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit, in der Küche waren die Ablagen recht fettig und in den Badezimmern war es ein wenig Schmutzig. Zu dem hat es recht viele Teppiche und Polsterstühle,was die Reinigung erschwert. Wir würden aber sicher wiederkommen!!!

La atención tanto de la propietaria, como de Joao " la persona encargada" es exquisita, siempre atentos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier imprevisto. En la vivienda tienes todo lo necesario para cubrir tus necesidades, incluso información de todos los establecimientos y actividades del entorno. El entorno, así como las vistas no dejan de sorprenderte, se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada. Sin duda volveremos.

Tolles Haus an der Costa Vicentina

An der Besten Lage des kleinen Ortes Espartal liegt diese tolle Ferienwohnung mit direkten Blick auf den Praia Amoreira und einer Felsformation, die als "schlafender Riese bezeichnet wird. Die absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa bietet sehr viel Platz und Annehmlichkeiten. Ein Panoramafenster im zweiten Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock bitte einen unglaublichen Blick auf Strand und Wellen. Die Küche ist toll eingerichtet und bietet die Möglichkeit, auch für mehrere Leute komfortabel zu kochen. Die insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Betten und tollen Matratzen ausgestattet, die viel Schlafkomfort bieten. Der Strand Monte Clerigo ist mittels eines kleinen Spaziergangs direkt zu erreichen. Ein tolles Restaurant befindet sich - direkt am Praia Amoreira ebenfalls nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin und auch dem Housekeeper sind absolut zuverlässig und sehr wertschätzend. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und genossen auch den geschmackvoll gestalteten Garten mit Pool und Freisitz. Wer mitten in der Natur- aber komfortabel Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier richtig- wir buchen jedenfalls gleich wieder für das nächste Jahr !

Plenty of room for our extended family

The villa is situated in a quiet area with amazing views We mostly appreciated facilities for the younger members of our family; toys, games, wetsuits, buckets and spades. We really didn't need to take anything. Ana made sure we had plenty of beach towels which were invaluable for our 'end of summer' holiday. The villa is well equipped for a large family. 'John' who looked after the garden and pool was also very helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything. Absolutely loved the vegan restaurant by the castle in Aljezur and swimming in the estuary immediately below the villa even though we had to travel all the way round by car to get there. Younger, fitter members just paddled across.

Incredible villa with ocean view

We had a great stay at this fantastic property. This villa is the second-last house of a dead end street on top of a cliff in a small and quiet village located in a beautiful national park. The rear view is a great view over the valley of the Aljezur river, the front view is a breath taking ocean view. From the house you have a beautiful walk to the river and Amoreira beach. To reach this beach you have to cross the river. Although the sea was too cold to swim in in May, the river was warm enough. Just a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive away is the beautiful beach of Monte Clerigo. The house is very well equipped and has everything you can think of including toys and beach gear. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. There is an additional living room on the first floor with a stunning ocean view. Our kids loved the telescope in this room. There is also a massage chair, another favourite of our kids. The wheather on the West coast of Portugal can be less sunny than the South coast. We had a couple clouded days. These days we went to the beach at Lagos at the south coast (almost always sunny) which is a 30 minute drive. Also this is a nice historic town to visit. So if you look for a spacious villa with breath taking ocean view in one the most beautiful national parks of Portugal you should go here. We would love to come back.
