This beautiful 3-bedroom lodge offers a spacious living area fitted with comfortable furniture, an enclosed patio and a private outdoor hot tub. Located within a 2-minute walk from the resort facilities, e.g. a swimming pool and a spa, it sleeps up to 6 people. The lounge features a recliner corner leather sofa, a stylish coffee table, and a Smart TV with PlayStation and Netflix access. The upstairs bedrooms are also fitted with Smart TVs and a PlayStation.

HALL
The outside porch leads into the large hall with a coat hanger and shoe rack.

DOWNSTAIRS TWIN BEDROOM
Coming off the hall on the right-hand side, there is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe and bedside unit. A large shower room with a toilet is located opposite the downstairs bedroom. The hall leads further to the lounge/kitchen/dining room fitted with high-quality flooring throughout.

OUTDOOR HOTTUB
Double glass doors lead to a decking equipped with a wooden patio table, six chairs, and a 6-seater hot tub. The hot tub is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located in the corner of the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

LOUNGE
The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cozy with a leather electric recliner corner sofa, a coffee table and a large Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and free wireless broadband.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with an integrated dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, large oven, stainless steel cooker extractor, four-burner gas hob, and a fridge freezer. The dining area offers a beautiful wooden table and six wood leather chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs you will find a luxurious master bedroom featuring a double bed (with a memory foam mattress topper), a vanity unit, a wardrobe, a TV and two stylish bedside units.

UPSTAIRS TWIN BEDROOM
The second upstairs bedroom features two superbly comfortable single beds, a vanity unit, a wardrobe, a bedside unit, PlayStation, and a large TV. Fresh bed linen is supplied for your stay, allowing you to have the most relaxing sleep during your time away.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
The main upstairs bathroom boasts a large bath with a showerhead, a wash basin, a toilet, and a chrome towel rail. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

Great property, lots to do, lovely surroundings

Pros: Stood out from other lodges - looks homely and inviting. Very well equipped, lovely location, lots to do on the resort itself. PlayStations and hot tub were enjoyed by all. It was great having the pool and gym available. Cons: could have been cleaner - living area floor, cutlery drawers, and floor spaces beside bedside tables were very grubby.

What makes this property unique

The Location
The lodge is located within Haulfryn’s Finlake Resort & Spa, across 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside. It is right on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park and only a short drive from the seaside (English Riviera). The on-site leisure complex offers a heated indoor and outdoor pool with water flumes, an adventure playground, a luxury spa, and a fitness centre. Various on-site group activities for all ages are available for booking at the resort and the tennis and basketball courts. The two on-site coarse fishing lakes are full of bream, roach, dace, large crucian carp and perch. The on-site café and the Retreat (Bar & Restaurant) serve lovely breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. In the evenings you can also enjoy a game of pool or occasional guest singers.

The resort is owned and managed by Haulfryn Group Limited and includes a fabulous leisure complex with a heated indoor waterpark/pool, excellent fitness centre, well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam room.

Furthermore, various group activities for all ages and abilities are available onsite. Why not try something new or adventurous? Lodge Nine guests are also welcome to visit the luxury on-site Sirona Spa. It is the perfect place to relax, rewind and reset.

Children will love the outdoor pool with a water slide and a splash area for toddlers during summer. Similarly, the onsite adventure playground, nature trails, tennis courts, coarse fishing lakes and horse riding provide sporting opportunities for everyone. Or you can have a relaxing game of golf at the local golf course?

The onsite Retreat Bar and Restaurant serve mid-day lunch and à la carte evening meals. Similarly, the Hub offers breakfast, light bites, and an extensive takeaway menu for the guests to enjoy freshly cooked food in the comfort of their accommodations.
