Par 4 Rental 1 Salobre by VillaGranCanaria

PAR 1 , magnificent villa on one floor with a large heatable swimming pool. A pleasant environment, with peaceful and tranquil atmosphere are probably the best words to describe this complex.

It has a large well-kept garden and a decent-sized heatable pool (pool heating service is not included), ideally suited to take advantage of the all-year-round weather of Gran Canaria. Situated on one of the slopes of the Salobre Golf Course, the villa affords a magnificent view of the mountains of south-west Gran Canaria.

The The architecture of this villa has been designed to fit in well with the landscape with stone, glass and warm colours adapting to the rugged mountains. This single-floor villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, study and a living room with direct access to the pool area.

Much attention to detail has been given to ensure a warm and modern atmosphere, ensuring visitors feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. We believe that attention to detail, even in the kitchen, is vital to ensure the best for our customers.

The rooms, all with direct access to the garden, allow in plenty of natural daylight through the large windows. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and are designed to offer the perfect rest.

Pool features
Rectangle-shaped, roman steps and stainless steel ladder to access the pool, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

*** A security deposit of 500 euros is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

*** One dog allowed paying a 100€ fee per pet

This was our first time in Gran Canaria, and the house made our vacation worth the time and money spent. We would definitely recommend this place for small families. The heated pool was totally worth spending the extra money on, as we used it everyday. The nearby SPAR is great for daily needs and is at a walkable distance.

Hello. we had a very nice family stay at the bungalow. Nice views and walks. Place has lots of amenities and kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ was working good. Pool too. All in all a very nice, remote place to relax for a few days. You do need a car and watch out for mosquitos (April). Would go again. Thanks and best.

We absolutely loved our week here! the villa was gorgeous, a lot of space and very clean. The outside area was the highlight with the covered patio and pool being incredible. We felt at home very quickly and honestly could’ve stayed for another week! The company who dealt with the space were very organised and helpful. We met Barbara who was lovely and gave us info on taxis and the local area. Thank you so much for a beautiful week! will definitely be recommending this to friends :)

👍 Very nice house and surroundings. 👎 The bed in the Master bedroom was only 150-160 cm, it should be 180 cm, otherwise inform the guest. Like most people in Northern Europe we believe the beds are too hard, so uncomfortable. We had to drive and buy extra mattresses. We also dislike the cold lights in the house. There should be some extra lamps, also reading lamps in the bedrooms.

👍 La tranquilidad es lo único que puedo destacar y por lo menos la mitad de los trabajadores son amables 👎 Casi todo de una semana que estuve en la estancia 5 días tuve trabajadores por la villa no tuve mucha privacidad y uno de esos días teniendo que aguantar a un trabajador con un taladro dentro de la villa porque una de las duchas estaba rota ,dos de los 4 aires acondicionado no se podían ensender porque olían muy pero muy mal después especifique muchas veces que necesitábamos la piscina bien limpia y cuando llegamos estaba fatal los bordes verdes y llena de bichos y el agua turbia y bichos de los cuales acabaron picando a mi acompañante y su respuesta fue que es normal que son bichos que vuelan de la presa del campo de golf la verdad que para lo que costó el alojamiento te nía cosas que ves en los peores apartamentos y su única compensación fue una botella de vino y ni bebemos se quedó en la villa

👍 Die Villa liegt in einer Anlage mit 24 Ferienhäusern (Par4) und in dem großen Bereich des Salobre Golf Resorts. Da sie als Eckhaus nur zwei unmittelbare Nachbarn hat, ist die Lage sehr ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und gemütlich, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der tägliche Brötchenservice war ein Extrabonus. Im Pool zu schwimmen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag auf der Insel entspannt die Terasse zu genießen entsprechen genau unseren Vorstellungen vom Urlaub. 👎 Im zweiten Bad fehlen Haken für die Handtücher. Aber das ist tatsächlich "Meckern auf hohem Niveau ".

👍 Struttura eccezionale, non mancava proprio nulla. Pulizia e tranquillità. Tutto come descritto e come da foto. Piscina spettacolare. Viaggio di 2 coppie ognuna con la propria camera da letto e il proprio bagno. Bisogna noleggiare la macchina perché fuori da Maspalomas ma facilmente raggiungibile in non più di 15 minuti. Comunicazioni con lo staff velocissime e sempre disponibili. Il riscaldamento della piscina ha un costo extra. Che dire altro, vacanza da ripetere. 👎 Niente da segnalare

👍 La casa e' incantevole e fantastica in tutto. E' arredata con molto gusto, la cucina super attrezzata, materassi top. ( nemmeno a casa dormo cosi bene :-) ha una meravigliosa e grande piscina riscaldata (temperatura perfetta, grazie ). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il silenzio, la privacy ed il pane fresco del mattino. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla, in mezzo al verde (nella zona ci sono i campi dal golf) ideale per chi ama passeggiare o correre. Un grazie anche alla gentile Barbara. Voto da 1:10? ... 20!! consigliatissima, torneremo.
