Cantinho do Ilhéu- "Verde e Mar"

The Cantinho do Ilhéu - "Verde e Mar", is located on the south coast of the island, in a parish facing the sea, with 3 beaches, 5/10/15 minutes walk away, and a natural swimming pool just outside the house.
The decoration was inspired by the cacti (plants), which grow by the sea and in the green of the Island.
The house has 1 bed room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning, WI-FI, multi-channel and multi-language television.
We also provide towels for the beach or the thermal pools.
We have free bikes with helmets and padlocks, cots, high chair and baby bath and car seat.
The city of Ponta Delgada is a 5-minute drive away, or a 30-minute walk or bike ride along the bike path and promenade that is always near the coast, which is just outside the house.
The airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Living the dream in Sao Roque

Awesome place to stay and owner is the best. Extremely clean. Everything you need is there. Awesome location right on the ocean. Restaurant next door is great too. Highly recommend this place to stay.

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Help with side tour, airport transportation. Just over all good people. Wine and cheese+++ in the room. The kind of people you feel good giving a good tip to. Close to a great restaurant right on the ocean with bicycle & walking paths.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartment ist sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist somit in idealer Ausgangslage für Ausflüge.

Wohlfühlfaktor

Die Kommunikation war super einfach, obwohl von Englisch nichts in der Anzeige da stand. Über WhatsApp war es für uns ideal.Elesabete hat uns betreut und sie war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Glück und konnten auch schon früher ins Haus. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sogar mit viel mehr extras als wir erwartet haben. Die Wohnung ist sauber, super gepflegt und ausreichend Platz hat man auch. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien ausgestattet, Bad wie im Hotel ausgestattet, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. 10min Fahrt vom airport und 7 min in die Stadt. Es gibt ca. 50 m eine badebucht, wenige Fahrminuten entlang der Küste mehrere Sandstrände zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.

Die beiden Apartments sind unglaublich liebevoll von den Vermietern eingerichtet worden. Sehr stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen, selbst ein Waffeleisen war vorhanden. Der Ort Sao Roque liegt ca. 25 Gehminuten von Ponta Delgada entfernt, bietet zwei Supermärkte mit dem Notwendigsten und einen kleinen Fischladen mit super! frischem Fisch. Die Gastgeber sind großzügig, zuvorkommend und absolut authentisch. Wer bereit ist sich auf die Azoren und ihre Bewohner einzulassen, kann viel über die Inseln und die Menschen dort erfahren. Für uns war es perfekt!

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung, aber leider auf den Azoren

Das Appartement war sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber, die Gastgeber waren freundlich und vor allem auch sehr fürsorglich. Ein großes +++ für das Appartement. Leider ist aber die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf den Azoren so hoch, dass das Appartement ständig feucht war. Um so mehr muss man schätzen, wie intensiv sich die Besitzer um die ständige Renovierung hier kümmern.

Casita acojedora muy bien situada cerca del centro en un sitio muy tranquilo y todo esta muy nuevo .

Nos decidimos a alquilar esta casa porque esta muy bien situada y por el precio estaba muy bien.Siempre tienes la duda al no conocer pero nos decidimos y fue un gran acierto. Joao y Elisabete son muy amables y muy serviciales , se ofrecieron a recojernos en el aeropuerto, que esta a 10 mins en coche , nos llevaron a la casa nos explicaron un poco como movernos y hacia donde estan todos los puntos de interes de la isla. Nuestro viaje fue en bicicleta optamos por no alquilar coche e intentar movernos en bici y en bus . La casa esta a 5 mins del centro de Ponta delgada en bici y en una zona tranquila en la que empieza un carril bici y un paseo maritimo que llega hasta el centro de Ponta delgada, justo delante hay una zona de baño muy comoda y al lado el restaurante Cais 20 , donde se come muy bien y a buen precio (recomiendo Bife a regional). En general nuestra visita a la Isla de San Jorge y el trato recibido por Joao y Elisabete ha sido excepcional, no podemos quejarnos de nada, solo de no poder haber estado mas dias . Muchas gracias por todo habeis sido unos caseros fabulosos un abrazo de Alex y Francisco . Recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y familiares .
