Hello everyone,
We are renting our property located in the heights of the village of Ceyreste, beautiful typical village located on the border between the Bouches du Rhône and Var.
It is an individual villa of 110m². The other villa located in the property will not be occupied and is not for rent.
This villa (with sea view upstairs) is composed of: 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room with log fire, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 separate WC.
Between these two villas, you will have a summer kitchen overlooking the pool, 1 summer lounge, 1 petanque track, 1 garden, 1 laundry, parking for up to 5 vehicles.
Ideal location in the heart of the creeks of Marseille: 5 minutes walk from shops in the village of Ceyreste, 5 minutes from the beach of La Ciotat, 20 minutes from the Castelet circuit, 20 minutes from the golf of the Frégate, 15 minutes from Cassis ....
This property is available the months of May, June and July (booking week or fortnight).

que d'escaliers !
la maison était bien équipée, tout en double avec la cuisine d'été; celle-ci était très chaude et étouffante avec la canicule sans zone d'ombre autour de la piscine, autre qu'un store inefficace à la chaleur.
heureusement la maison elle-même était bien climatisée;
beaucoup d'escaliers dans le jardin en restanques et piscine sans sécurité autre que le volet de fermeture;
dans la maison un escalier sans rambarde et raide, pour monter à l'étage des chambres;
une seule salle de bain pour six avec une petite douche et un seul lavabo;
bref, location à déconseiller avec des enfants petits ou des personnes âgées, ce qui devrait être signalé dans l'annonce; nous avions voulu visiter les lieux à Pâques mais cela n'avait pas été possible, ce que je regrette fort car je n'aurai pas loué cet endroit trop dangereux.

Bonjour Madame . Je suis désolée de constater que votre séjour n’a pas été très agréable . C’est la première fois que l’on me dit que cet endroit est dangereux . Il n’y a que trois marches pour arriver jusqu’à la pelouse et trois marches l’orque l’on emprunte un petit chemin pour arriver à la piscine ce qui n’est pas énorme et ce qui ne correspond pas à un terrain en restanques . En ce qui concerne la piscine elle suit les normes de sécurité puisqu’elle est dotée d’un volet électrique couvrant et je ne vois pas ce que l’on pourrait faire de plus . Je pense malheureusement que vous avez eu une semaine caniculaire et que vous avez dû en souffrir et j’en suis navrée . J’ai trois petits enfants et cela n’a jamais posé de problème.

Une belle semaine de congés
Séjour très agréable dans une belle propriété : la piscine, le magnifique jardin et la cuisine d’été y sont pour beaucoup.
Les plages et calanques alentours sont à découvrir.
