The apartment features original architectural details including exposed brick and hardwood floors, plus all the modern amenities. You will enjoy two full baths, a fully outfitted kitchen, granite counters, washer and dryer, huge closets, complimentary wi-fi, and two flat screen televisions. The en suite bedroom features a king size bed with memory foam mattress, and a bathroom with walk in shower and large claw foot tub. There is also a daybed with trundle in its own niche at the front of the apartment, which sleeps two additional people. The building is on the downtown parade route, and at different times of the year is also front and center for classic auto shows and festivals. The stairway to the apartment was built for ease in climbing, and the second story setting and large windows provide a panoramic view of the town and the Ouachita Mountains.

Jerri was a great host. The loft was wonderful. Very clean and spacious and in a great location. The soaker tub was great. A perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. We highly recommendit.
Very clean and cozy! Jerri was very thorough and very sweet!! We came to visit with grandparents and the location was just a perfect drive to their house.
A five star stay that feels like home. Jerri has done an amazing job designing and decorating this spacious second floor loft.

Great place to get away
Our family of four stayed in this loft over the Thanksgiving holiday. This loft is very spacious, cozy and surprisingly quiet for a downtown area.Very convenient to all the stores downtown, I will definitely stay here again. The price was a bit more, but well worth it. Thumbs up!

The perfect guest! Thoroughly enjoyed having you with us and hope to see you again soon!
Perfect downtown Mena location with several coffee shop/wine bar & cafe’s within walking distance. The loft was spacious, spotless & contained every detail you can imagine from comfy furnishings, luxurious king bed with extra pillows, large closets, two well stocked bathrooms with soaps, facial towlettes & plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen was lovely & fully stocked with anything we needed to cook a meal! Microwave, an oven, gas cook top, full size fridge/freezer & dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, flatware, coffeemaker, coffee. So many large windows to let in natural light & take in the view of downtown & the hills. The loft had its own separate entrance & we felt very safe & secure. Even though it was located on a busy downtown street it was very quiet at night. The train tracks are about a half block away & it’s loud during the day when it comes through but honestly, we hardly noticed it at night. We had the opportunity to use both the A/C & heating system during our stay and both worked great! Jerri the hostess was so kind & thoughtful and was very responsive to any questions. We loved our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave!
My wife and I were interested in a get-away weekend and decided to give Mena a try. We had been to the area before, several years ago. Jerri's place was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay, very much. When we're back in the area, again, we would love to stay there, again. Thanks for a great get-away.
The Loft is very spacious. The Master Bath is beautifully appointed. The Loft has plenty of sitting areas and eating spaces. We loved the location which is within walking distance of our new favorites: Quachita Coffee Roasters...nice breakfast or lunch place and American Artisans Eatery & Gallery. This is a very secure location as well. A locked entry from street level leads to stairs (32) leading to locked door of Loft. The location provides very good access to Queen Wilhelmina State Park with all levels of hiking trails. Full Disclosure: There is a train that makes frequent trips through Mena. Regardless of where you stay in this area, you will hear that train.
We came to get away for the weekend and ride our motorcycle. Jerri was very pleasant to work with. The place was clean and furnished with everything you need.
This downtown loft was much larger than it appears in the photos. It was a nice area and easy to walk to downtown shops, restaurants, etc.

BEAUTIFUL
First, Jeri was the best hostess. The loft apartment is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing get away. We all in enjoyed our stay there including my 17 year son. My wife and I will be returning soon I'm sure. If you are looking for a out of way place to stay, yet close to some great restaurants, beautiful scenery and a quiet place to un-wind this is the place.

Wonderful place to soak up Mena.
My wife and I recently (Nov 2016) stayed at The Loft in Mena, AR. We had a wonderful stay. The owners are local and very responsive to all requests we had. The Loft is open and spacious enough to accommodate our family. If we ever find ourselves back in Mena will hope to be able to arrange our stay back at The Loft. Thank you Jerri and Kevin.
The perfect guest! Thoroughly enjoyed having you with us and hope to see you again soon!
About the host
Hosted by Jerri Mccoy
After purchasing the building, we completely renovated the second floor. Care was taken to preserve some of the original features while insuring that all the modern conveniences were included in the renovation. We hope you will love the finished product!
Why they chose this property
The charm of the town, combined with the natural beauty of the area, made Mena an easy choice for our retirement home. This historic building is centrally located, and was the perfect place to open our retirement business, The Old Bank Antiques, which occupies the first floor.
What makes this property unique
Close to everything! Walking distance to anything you'd want to do downtown, yet just minutes drive from everything else. The best of all worlds!
