Suite 307 is a third-floor end unit with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. Suite 307 has an up-north cottage character, making you feel happy and welcome when you walk in. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchen offers a cooktop and toaster oven, four barstools for extra seating, and the dining table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and TV.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Simply perfect

We arrived late to our rental but the property manager had everything ready for us to check-in. The unit itself was clean with everything that could be needed readily available. The balcony is perfect for a little drink while watching the sunset over the lake.
