Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnanlage war sehr gut gepflegt und die Lage mit Pool und privatem Strandzugang ist kaum zu toppen. Das Haus hat weitere Wohnungen, die aber einen anderen Eingang haben. Lediglich der Weg zum Pool/Strand führt an der Ferienwohnung vorbei, dies hat uns aber kaum gestört. Da die Ferienwohnung zur einen Seite in den Fels gebaut ist, ist sie leider etwas feucht, was bei schlechter Witterung problematisch sein kann. Wir hatten nur gutes Wetter und konnten entsprechend immer lüften, so dass auch dies kein Problem war.

Appartement offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer, résidence sécurisée plutôt calme. Logement spacieux, seul bémol : le problème d' humidité omniprésent rendant notamment les placards inutilisables .Le propriétaire met toutefois un déshumidificateur à disposition, personnellement, nous avons préféré aérer le plus souvent...St Feliu est à une quinzaine de mns à pieds. Le parc et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et appréciables.

We totally lost our hearts to the place, with a great view, great pool, and direct acces to the sea, which made swimming and snorkling easy. We had parking within the compound, which made it safe indstead of parking in the narrow Streets sorrounding the place. The inside of the apartment was okay but the beds were not comfortable. The kitchen was well eqiupped. But the outside facilities were amazing and we met very friendly people.

Mooi appartement, met groot terras, uitzicht op zee, zwembad en eigen toegang tot de zee.

Appartement is ruim, goed bereikbaar, eigen parkeergelegenheid, rustige omgeving, 15 minuten lopen naar stadje met zandstrand. Genoten van grote terras en uitzicht op zee. Enige minpunt is dat de WiFi geen bereik heeft in het appartement. Alleen bereik op bankje bij trappenhuis, maar daar wordt je savonds opgegeten door de muggen.
