This adorable mid-century A-Frame home on Ariola Drive on Pensacola Beach has been completely remodeled for your perfect island getaway. All modern furnishings with a feel of simplicity and luxury will make this the most memorable vacation yet. The charming details throughout the house include a central spiral staircase that leads to the second floor and ergonomic stairs that lead to a 3rd floor loft that has its own bathroom and deck!

Want to walk on the beach, go for a swim, sit and read a book while listening to the waves? You can do it all here. The beach is located right across Ariola Dr. with convenient boardwalk access.
The fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, with all new stainless steel, top-grade appliances. The kitchen has two bars with seating, and a table with seating for 12.

There are picnic tables on the front porch with wonderful views of the Gulf and on the back deck with views of the Bay, as well as a propane grill on site for your use. Start your morning with coffee on any of the 3 large decks watching the sunrise, and end the day with a cool drink as you watch the sunset!

This house is in such a great location on the island, you don’t even need a car during your stay, as the (Free) Pensacola Beach Trolley stop is on the same block. The trolley can take you to find new favorite places for dining, shopping, and entertainment such as: The Boardwalk, the Pier, Casino Beach and the Pavilion.

This house has something for everyone! After you've had enough of the sun and sand, you'll have private space to relax.

The layout:

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (including the master), 2 full bathrooms and a living room.
The master bedroom sleeps 5 with 1 queen, 1 twin and 1 bunkbed and includes a full bath.
The front bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds.
The back bedroom sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a twin bunkbed.
The second full bath on the ground floor is shared.

The 2nd Floor has an open floor plan and includes the kitchen, dining room and living room with front and back decks with views of the Gulf and the Bay. Even the laundry room has a great view and brand new appliances! The laundry room also has a second refrigerator and a half bath.

The 3rd floor Loft also has views of the Gulf and the Bay and can sleep up to 5 with 4 twin beds and 1 double bed. It includes a full bath with access to the 3rd floor deck that overlooks the gulf. It is a favorite location.

The driveway is long and wide, and it can easily accommodate up to 10 vehicles.
This home is ready for you! Linens and beach towels are provided! Bring your swimsuit and get ready to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

Perfect location, especially for a group

The location was just perfect! Very easy access to the beach and nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights. There was even sand around the house in case the small kids want to play right there. The kitchen had all of our needs, and we loved the different levels—it was perfect when the adults wanted to separate from the older kids! We would definitely book again!

Pelican Perch Perfection

Host was EXTREMELY accommodating and responsive. House is nicer than pictures give it justice. Excellent proximity (walking distance) to gorgeous white sand beaches and a short drive to the pier. House is well stocked with linens, kitchen had abundant towels/utensils/appliances/dishes/cookware/spices etc. as well as a variety of beach “necessities” including towels, a wagon, and sand toys. upstairs living room had a variety of books and games. Ample space to spread out an extended family of at least nine. Kitchen is open and a nice space for making meals. Spiral staircase is a bit treacherous and a main thoroughfare, as the bedrooms/a living space are on the ground floor and the kitchen/dining & living spaces are on the second floor. There was a normal staricase outside that led to kitchen door for easy grocery hauling. There is a third floor with additional beds/bathroom and incredible balcony views of the ocean. Would recommend and certainly stay here again.

Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation at the Pelican Perch. There were 15 family members in our group and we had plenty of room. The house is in a great location with easy beach access and is fully stocked with everything you need for the week. The communication with the owner was great. We will definitely look at staying here again the next time we are in Pensacola.

Wow! Cannot say enough about Monica as a host and her beautiful property a stone’s throw from the perfect sugar-sand beach front. Monica was a dream to work with…very kind, quick to respond to inquiries, and flexible with check-in/out. Her property is PERFECTLY located near the beach with plenty of safe space for little children to have fun in and around the home. Quiet adjacent roads, large driveway area for parking multiple vehicles. The fully functional kitchen and extra beach towels made our stay so comfortable. And don’t even get me started on the overall home decor and vibe! Very relaxing, very beachy…wonderful for our big family vacation. We would LOVE to stay here again.

Wonderful house! Fabulous location!

This is a wonderful property! During our trip, 3 families stayed in the home and had plenty of room for all! The upstairs loft was perfect for the older “kids” to share! The location is fantastic, just a walk across the road to the beach! This beautifully decorated home was well stocked with necessities and clean when we arrived. The property owner was easy to contact and very fast to respond. We look forward to visiting again!

Great vacation

We had a great vacation at Pelican Perch. The house was exactly as described in the listing. There was enough space for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids to spread out. Everyone loved the balconies and views of the water. This was our first time in Pensacola Beach and would definitely rent this property again, if back in the area. The town was very nice and not busy at all. Perfect place to visit for families.

This house was gorgeous! Just steps away from the beach and still very quiet. We were concerned about being across the street from the beach instead of being beachfront, but the traffic was so minimal and it was so quiet, there was no need to worry! Monica was very responsive and answered all questions and sent friendly reminders about trash pickup and check in/check out procedures so j didnt have to dig through my email to find. The appliances were all very nice and upgraded. No complaints about this house at all! Beautiful house!!

Monica, Thank you so much for working with my group. You have an incredible house and the perfect location. We stayed only 5 night, but will definitely come back. Pensacola Beach has amazing beaches and the crowds during St. Paddy's Day were quite electric. Our group of 15 fitted quite comfortably in the A-Framed house. You are literally across the street from the beach access (maybe 20 yards from the actual beach). If you stay here be sure to wake up early to see the sunrise, the view from the second balcony is awesome. Thanks again!

The best trip!

Monica has a beautiful home in the coolest area. I traveled to Pensacola Beach with a group of college students who were looking to get away from a crazy party spring break to just relax and recharge the batteries. Monica doesn't normally accommodate those types of groups, but she trusted us and we could not be more appreciative. The house is perfectly designed for family get aways. It is very clean and organized. Every morning, we would wake up, cook our own breakfast and then literally walk across the street to the beach where we would spend the rest of the day. You are allowed to drink on the beach as long as there is no glass and you are respectful of cleaning up after yourself. One day the blue angels did a flyover and it was a pretty cool sight. In the evenings, you can watch the sunset from the 2 balconies on the house and it is gorgeous. From her house, it is about a 4 minute drive into town where there is everything you could need. Thanks again Monica for allowing us to have an amazing trip!

Great place for a large group

First let me say for a 5 star rating from me a home must go above and beyond. This house is great and there is nothing bad at all. Location is far enough from the touristy stuff to keep the rif raf away, but close enough to get there any time we wanted. The third floor did get a bit warm, but I attribute that to kids leaving the 1st or 2nd floor doors open, but a stronger air unit would have made it better. It wasn't unbearable, just a bit warm. Also I did the cooking for a group of 20 and a vent a hood would have been really nice to hold off the heat from the stove. Beds were comfortable, bedding was high quality and clean. All the furniture was was nice and in good shape. There were some structural maintenance needs to the outside, but the inside was very well kept. Location to the beach and the height of the balconies made for a wonderful ocean view. Kitchen utensils and dishes were plentiful and easy to find. I do wish there were a bigger pot there as I do a shrimp boil and for 20 people it was a little under sized. Over all it was a great place to stay. I come down to Pensacola every year for at least a week and this was in my top 3 favorite houses over the last 15 years. Hopefully someday soon I will have another group big enough for this house. I will definitely be giving the owner a call as soon as I do. Loved this place and my communications with Monica.

A fantastic Find!

We had a group of 17 for a family reunion. The house held all of us easily with room to spare! It's bigger inside than it looks. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. We loved the kitchen, extra refrigerator, and separate ice maker. The bottom and main floor had plenty of room for playing games, activities, and watching movies. A washer and dryer was a nice plus with so many little ones in our group. One of the main reasons we came to Pensacola Beach was for beach fun. This house provides easy access to, and from the beach! We loved it! Easy to hose off the sand before you go in, with table space, and chairs outside to enjoy in the shade of a hot afternoon. The decks provided views of the gulf, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Also easy drive to the boardwalk area of Pensacola beach. Monica was very helpful with any questions we had. Would rent it again!
