The apartment has the minimum you need for a comfortable stay. We rented for the mipim where pricing is in general high, and under other circumstances this would not be a place of choice. There is a nice balcony with morning sun and a bedroom and sleeping sofa. The wifi is too slow to cover normal working tasks. The entrance door is very thin and lets all sounds through. The glazing is single so it lets through quite a bit of sound but the area is in general calm. I guess you get what you pay for and for that its fine, just dont expect more than that.
