'La Calade' is a charming villa situated in the "area of Nartelle" 800m in a straight line from the beaches of Nartelle which is south facing, with breathtaking sea views. The house is nicely furnised and this winter (2023) all bedrooms and bathrooms were renewed. Perfect for 8 persons. It has 3 double bedrooms and 1 with single beds. All have air conditioning. 2 spacious shower rooms and 2 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen (with American fridge) and the beautiful living room with bay window overlooking the covered terrace with pergola and barbecue awaits you. On the same level a beautiful secured pool (heated - a fee) a garden salon and 6 chairs, offering anytime sea view. The garden of 3000 m2, nicely raised and illuminated at night is completely fenced and has an automatic gate that leads you to the house with parking for 4 cars. A house rental in St Maxime to spend your dream vacation!
