Wunderschöne Aussicht und grosszügiges Haus

Ein grosszügiges, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Das EG und OG sind super, das UG ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Dusche. Leider ist zu wenig beschrieben, dass es sich hier um ein Untergeschoss handelt. Der Pool ist toll, aber leider ohne Heizung. (Ist nur ausserhalb der Saison ein Thema). Die Terrasse lädt herrlich ein zum Grillen und Chillen.

Ein Traum am Meer

Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit gemieteten Häusern. Dieses Haus ist wirklich einzigartig. Es ist groß (für uns 2 viel zu groß), sehr schön aufgeteilt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht wie ein Objekt zur reinen Vermietung. Alles notwendige (Küche etc.) in bester Qualität. Die Lage kann man garnicht beschreiben, ein Traum vom Meerblick und dieses, ebenso wie der Ort ist in wenigen Minuten über Gehwege zu erreichen, und trotzdem ist es nicht laut. Die Übergabe von Hrn. Anthony war perfekt, spricht gut Englisch. Wir haben ihn nie gebraucht. Leider sind in der Anzeige zu wenig Fotos die meine Beschreibung bestätigen würden. Wir hoffen dass wir wieder kommen.

Beautiful house, wonderfully appointed and obscenely hot

Let's start with the positive. The location of this house, the layout and the features are spectacular. The view is incomparable and the pool offered a wonderful and necessary opportunity to cool down (more on that in a second). Our group of seven (four adults and three children) had more than enough space to spread out during the day and a great spot on the patio to come together for meals. The kitchen was exactly what we needed since we did most meals at the house. The only two issues that we experienced were with heat (somewhat unavoidable in the summer) and the onsite property managers. The house description boasts air conditioning, but this is only really true of the main floor (if I'm being generous) or the living room (probably most accurate). At night, the bedrooms were stifling and sleep was hard to come by. In fact, we didn't use the bedroom on the top floor because it was basically an oven for most of the week. A few ceiling fans would have done wonders. The temperatures weren't surprising so it would also have been helpful to understand going into a July rental on the Med that we wouldn't actually have air conditioning. As for the guys who handled check in, they were pleasant and on time, but unresponsive later when we attempted to ask questions about cooling the house and dealing with a trash/sanitary issue that was the previous tenants' fault. The on-site team only responded to texts and voicemails requesting help after I texted the owner (Fabien, who was always responsive and helpful). We would come back if the entire house was air conditioned or ceiling fans were installed, otherwise we would look elsewhere.

Wonderfull view, but house need to be update

Its a lovely setting, but the house need to be updated. Apart from the bath downstairs the other bathrooms and kitchen need to be renewed. House need to maintained outside. Not value for money.... Would love to come back when its all done.

Des vacances au paradis

Maeva réunit tous les ingrédients pour réussir des vacances parfaites. La maison est superbe, dans un état irréprochable. Belle, confortable, spacieuse, luxueuse. Le calme règne même si l'activité estivale n'est qu'à quelques dizaines de mètres. Une vue magique dont on ne se lasse pas depuis un transat, la table ombragée, ou immergés dans le superbe piscine à débordement ! Il ne manque absolument rien dans l'équipement de la villa pour se sentir immédiatement comme chez soi. La villa est située à deux pas de la plage et des commerces, mais elle n'en subit aucune nuisance. Une villa parfaite pour des vacances idylliques !

Super sejour

Intérieur moderne , chambres spacieuses avec sa belle piscine, accès facile au centre proche de toutes commodités à pied , superbe vue sur le golfe de saint Tropez. Propriété bien sécurisée. Plage à 200m . Propriétaire a l écoute et très sympathique merci pour la petite attention lors de notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons lors d un prochain passage aux issambres .

Wonderful house in the center of Les Issambres

We spent two lovely weeks in this charming villa, just above the beach of San Perie in Les Issambres. Everything was perfect - the house, the view, the location that permitted you to walk into town every morning to buy "les croissants". The owner was very helpful and kind, and we can truly recommend this villa.
