Location was great! Close to transport and views were amazing. Beds are a little hard and could use a topper but not a deal breaker. They had cafe available and gelato outside the apartment door. Amazing place.

Loved all the spaciousness of the place and the view was great for people watching below. Location was very close to the train station so don’t pay a porter 20 euros to move your luggage like we did!Building has a lot of stairs to get to the top so keep that in mind. Everything was provided and we enjoyed our stay in Venice!

The location was great. The instructions to get in were hard to follow. We were given instructions to get into a different unit. We figured it out after we woke up all the neighbors and the dog. We really enjoyed the area and would stay again if we didn't have to carry luggage up three flights. flights. To be fair the listing said it was upstairs.

A great location and views. The description of the property as “luxury” and renovated is a bold overstatement. The furniture is worn out and old and simple conveniences like side tables or a coffee table are absent. Understandably, you’re not in Venice to spend the time in your rental but these small additions would greatly improve the experience.

Perfect location

My family of 4 stayed recently and were very happy with the location and close proximity to the train station. The grocery store and bank are on the doorstep and this was the perfect location for exploring Venice.

Beautiful Grand Canal apartment

We stayed here for 2 nights. If you arrive via the train station it’s literally a minute walk which makes dealing with your luggage super easy. The location cannot be beat! Near train station, on the Grand Canal. The apartment is quite spacious. We would stay here again when we return to Venice.

Gorgeous views and amazing location!

Just steps from the canal, this apartment is beautiful. We didn’t want to leave, but when we did, the train station is literally across the street. We visited in March and I did make a mistake to turn up the heat when I woke up, which, I think took the hot water for the shower. Brrrr. We would stay here again, definitely!

Relocated to St Mark’s Square area

We have stayed at this Cannaregio apartment before and wanted to stay again. However at the last minute there was a maintenance issue and Elena kindly offered us a different apartment near St Mark’s Square which turned out to be beautiful and in a great location. We were very happy with our stay and with Elena’s attentiveness. Pamela & Billy

Very good location/amenities

Great busy location/base with canal view, easy access to train station and Allilaguna boat transportation to airport. Quite roomy space with amenities as described. Recommend having a white noise machine to mitigate any crowd noise below in the evening. (Never leave home without it!) Thx for the quick communication Elena! Ciao!

Location is perfect! Literally a few minutes from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The stairs up to the loft were a bit tough with heavy baggage. In the heat of July, the space was very hot when the air conditioning wasn’t on. We closed the doors to the bathroom and kitchen while we ran it so the living room and bedroom cooled off well for sleeping. We did not make use of the terrace.

Everything from check-in to check-out was seemless and easy to manage. The best thing about this place was the location. We arrived by train and the location is a very short walk from the station. While the location is in a very busy place, the sound insulation is exceptional and we had very restful sleep. Open the windows in the mornings and you are immersed in the sounds of Venice. The only struggle people may have, especially if you have some luggage, is that there are a few flights of stairs to navigate - but this has nothing to do with this place in particular and is true for most residences in Venice which have multiple floors. This effort on arriving is well worth the comfort and magic that this loft holds, and we would return to this location in a heartbeat. In this location you are right in the middle of shops (including grocery stores) and restaurants, and it provides a great base for wandering through the streets of Venice and see the main sites as well as some lesser-known, but surprisingly impressive places.Very special thanks to the host, Elena, who provided all of the information we required and was very prompt with her responses to our questions. We loved it, and hope to be back some day!

Outstanding

I don’t know why people stay in hotels. This apartment was incredible. Great views of the grand canal from windows. Washing machine, hot water, a/c. Location next to train station and water taxi stop. Get a 48 hour pass, it is worth it. It was really nice to wake up to views of the grand canal. Market a few steps away. However, up several flights of stairs so not for anyone that would struggle with steps. Loved it!

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, vaporetto stops, and grocery stores located across the street. The air conditioning worked well and was especially appreciated during our stay. The main drawbacks were the limited space in the bedroom, the very small shower, and an unpleasant odor in the lobby caused by garbage bags left there for collection by tenants. Overall, the convenient location near the train station, the cleanliness of the apartment, the effective air conditioning, and the nearby grocery options were highlights of our stay.

A great flat in Venice

Very much enjoyed our stay. GREAT location for anybody arriving/leaving by train. 3 minute walk and then great access to the rest of Venice. Excellent communication from the owner, even recommendations of good places for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Room with a view
