5 Bedroom 2nd Row Home with Heated Pool and Spectacular Marsh and Ocean Views

This new, 5-bedroom home, finished in May 2016, boasts the best decks on the island. Enjoy ocean and marsh views from two levels of wrap around porches that ensure plenty of sun or shade to meet your mood at any time of the day. From the back decks we have spotted deer, coyotes, and several bird species. From the front deck, you can see dolphins playing in the wake of shrimping boats, rabbits hopping in the dunes, and on May 6th, we even spotted a whale breaching.

The CAMA public beach access directly across the street makes getting to the beach a breeze, and a private pool, shaded at mid-day, offers a relaxing alternative to the ocean. Your family will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water.

The home is built on an inverted floor plan with four bedrooms on the first level: facing the ocean are: a six-person bunk bed room that is perfect for kids and a queen bedroom, and facing the marsh are one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. The master bedroom, with a king bed, provides an amazing ocean view from the second level. Also on the second level are: the kitchen, dining room and living room, all with views of both the ocean and marsh. This house has beds for 8 adults and 6 children. 10 adults can also comfortably sleep with two adults per bedroom.

This house has two levels of wrap around porches to optimize vistas of the ocean and marsh. Enjoy views of the ocean from rocking chairs on the top deck or the first floor deck. Enjoy a meal and a spectacular marsh view from the top rear deck - you might spot deer, raccoons and coyotes and you will definitely see several birds and crabs. Relax by the marsh on the first floor rear deck with cushioned patio furniture and a 4 person table perfect for a board game or a snack. The front and rear decks are connected through large side decks which provide great play areas for kids. Should pool time prove too much fun, take a break at the pool-side, shaded picnic table. It is a great spot for lunch and it's close to the charcoal grill available for renters to use. If you're visiting us in the off-season, the pool can be heated for your comfort.

This is our dream home and because we want you to feel at home here we offer toys, games, books, beach chairs, beach tent, linen and towel service and a stocked kitchen. We hope to welcome you soon!

This is our fourth time staying in this house with two families with children. The views from the house and the quick walk to the beach are amazing. And the pool is a nice bonus! This was our third stay at this lovely home. The views are amazing and access to the beach is just a few steps away. What a beautiful beach house! This home had everything we were looking for- 1 min walk to the beach, beautiful marsh views, a pool and enough rooms for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of pool toys in the outdoor storage closet and convenient outdoor shower. This was our baby's first vacation and we are so glad that it was here, in holden beach! We had the best weather to enjoy the quiet spacious beach. The hosts responded immediately to all of my messages, even late at night when we couldn't figure out how to turn off an outdoor light! Great communication. We plan to come back next year!

Amazing location and views

This house was the perfect location with the public access to beach almost right across the street. The views are amazing from every room in the house, the kitchen had everything you could need, and we really enjoyed the outside space and pool. The host stayed in touch and was flexible with check-in and check-out as we stayed during off season. Definitely will return here in the future!

When we first traveled to Holden Beach, we knew this was the beach we wanted to return to as often as possible. The views are breathtaking and the small beach town atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. We built our dream vacation home here and we hope to have the opportunity to share it with you.

We enjoy spending time outdoors, so we built large wrap around porches to truly showcase the beauty of the island with views of the ocean and marsh. Our children love sleepovers so we designed a bunk room to accommodate six children so nobody is left out.
