The house overlooks a bay of sand and pine trees, near numerous bathing establishments, alternating with a free beach. Location very suitable for families, located two km from Gallipoli (of which it is part) and one km from the Lecce-Leuca highway. Two balconies, two bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, parking space where 2 cars enter, external communal shower. In the area there are supermarkets, places to eat, a water park (Splash). A place that combines the convenience of being able to go directly to the beach with the proximity to the main connecting routes to visit Salento!

Angenehme Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist für kleinere Mahlzeiten gut geeignet. Die Matratzen könnten besser sein, allerdings hatten wir auch schon viel schlechtere. Mit Tony hat die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend und das Umfeld ist sehr freundlich und kultiviert. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles in allem: es war sehr schön.
