It consists of a room with two single beds and a large wardrobe, a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. TV includes international and Spanish channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay, fridge, oven, electric stove, water heater, cutlery, dishes, kitchen utensils. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and iron and a very sunny large terrace equipped with a sofa and a table with chairs. The apartment has cream marble floors, unlimited fiber optic WIFI internet and excellent views of the sea and the mountains.
It has its own parking space, a lake pool with games for children, a heated pool, a gym, and tennis and paddle courts.

Lovely apartment with all facilities except the kitchen was small. Clean, tidy on 16th floor south facing so sun tracked across balcony all day. Excellent location with lovely gardens and pools and security to a very high level. Loved it

Loved this apartment, very comfortable and everything you need for a brilliant holiday. Very central for bars shops and restaurants and very secure. We were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and explained everything (how to work washer, television, oven etc etc) and were left a nice bottle of champagne and box of c0hocolates courtesy of his son Javier who kept in contact with us throughout. Lovely family and lovely apartment, hopefully we will return

Had a lovely 8 day stay in this lovely apartment, hassle free key collection as owner welcomes you at property with keys and welcome gift. Wife commented on this being the cleanest apartment we have stayed in and we have stayed in many after more than 30 visits to Benidorm, comfortable, clean and plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils for all requirements will certainly be our first availability check on our next visit to Benidorm, many thanks to the owners for a stress free holiday steve and Janet dean

Just back from a 10 day stay in this apartment. We were a party of 4 (Grandparents and Grandchildren) We were met by the owner (Felix) on arrival and shown around the apartment. He even gave a welcoming gift which was much appreciated. The accomodation had everything required for a comfortable relaxing holiday, and we certainly made the most of the facilities. Just want to say thanks to the owner for having us. it was a really good stay. the apartment has everything you will need in the kitchen. Plenty of sofas, We really liked have the one out side was nice to site there of an night as it was cooler. Pool and life guard was very good, it will cost 3euros for a sun bed (this helps pay for the life guard) you can take your own beds down or just use a towel on the grass. The couple who showed us in went out of there way to make us feel welcome from the start. This is a residential complex, so a lot of people live here permanently so they do like it quiet. Which is really good for kids ect, no stag/hen do's...YAY Hope to book again.

We arrived to be met at the front gates by our host who took us to the apartment which was even better than in the pictures. We were shown where everything was and how it worked we received a lovely welcome gift such a nice touch, apartment was fantastic, free Wifi, well equipt and spotlessly clean and to top it off its in a great location.
