Greenview is paradise. The home is cozy, clean, and ideally located. The host was super communicative and helpful—we wanted for nothing. I am so grateful that my two dogs are welcome here. We had so much fun kayaking on the lake, watching the gorgeous sunsets, and just relaxing and enjoying the stunning view. We loved staying here and we’re already thinking about when we can come back.

Greenview has it all - a serene, private location, a well-appointed home, and wonderful hosts. We were fortunate to have good weather during our stay, which made for some spectacular sunsets! It’s a special place.

This cabin is very private and clean. It has a million dollar view and fantastic beach for sunning and swimming. We've been here twice already. We like to eat out but the Ellsworth traffic is awful. So... the Otis General Store is 3 miles away and has a good deli.Overall, we love this place.

This was our third year staying at Greenview. The location can’t be beat. Last house on a dirt road, zero traffic 100% privacy! I can’t say enough about how perfect t this rental is. Beach, sandy entry to crystal clear water, sunsets that can’t be beat and an amazing screen porch to wind down after a long day. We will definitely be back!

Clean cabin with a well stocked kitchen. Easy check-in. We spent most of our time on the screened-in porch or on the beach and in the water. Fantastic swimming spot. The west facing view is tremendous.

This is a beautiful cabin, with gorgeous views. It's close to lots of things to do, while also being tucked away and secluded, which was exactly what we were looking for!

My family and I had a great time at Greenview. The beach was wonderful, we spent lots of time on the screened-in porch, and the location was quiet but still convenient to everything we needed.

Tranquil Getaway

The beach and lake were beautiful, the house was very clean and well appointed, and my family had a great time. One highlight was the large screened in porch for hanging out, eating meals, drinking coffee, and listening to the loons. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Lakeside Cabin

We had such an amazing time staying at Greenview! The cozy house was a perfect size for our family and kitchen well equipped for our needs. We enjoyed the lake every day and made good use of the kayaks and canoes. Easy drive to Ellsworth stores and Acadia for day hikes. So quiet and peaceful right on a beautiful lake! The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful spot to rest and relax!Pros: The secluded location was quiet and peaceful. There were two bedrooms and two couches in the living room area. There's a firepit for use and canoes/kayaks available. Our dogs really loved swimming in the lake and having their own private beach! The lake is great for paddle boarding too (I brought my own). The screened in porch was nice to eat a meal or play games in and not get accosted by the mosquitos.Cons: Be aware that you have to bring your own towels, sheets, etc. That was one thing I didn't see super clearly in the listing, but the host did send a message the day before which included that warning. There were also a lot of mosquitos so definitely bring some bug spray. The access road was a bit difficult to find. I would recommend arriving during the day.

Idyllic

This was our second stay at Greeview. The location could not be more ideal! The dead end dirt road means privacy in abundance and with only steps to the lake, you’ll never want to leave! There are plenty of restaurants in Ellsworth if you feel like venturing out and Bar Harbor is a short scenic drive away. This is a highly recommended spot!!

Beautiful lakefront

Great little cottage. Loved the large screen porch. Use of kayaks and items in the bunk house (umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.) was a great bonus. The beach and view are fantastic! Thank you.

Slice of Heaven!

Our stay on Green Lake was just lovely! The cottage was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway and the lake access, views, and sunsets were unbeatable!! The accommodations were perfect, the location was super private, the lake was gorgeous, and the hosts were informative and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property! :)

Off the grid recharging station. So peaceful

Better than expected. Listing was spot on. Nice private beach. Our dog was in her glory running there. Cabin was clean and cozy. The porch makes the property. we'll be back
