Villa with private salt water pool 50 meters from the beautiful white sand beaches of Porto Cesareo.
The interior consists of a large open-plan living room with a kitchen complete with all appliances, fridge with freezer, electric hobs, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and kettle, and a double sofa bed. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a bathroom.
The exterior, shaded by white towels, consists of a dining area with barbecue, conversation area with sofa and armchairs and solarium area with 6 pool beds.
The swimming pool is salt water and equipped with whirlpool and inverter for hot / cold water.
A laundry area and two hot water showers complete the exterior.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden of about 800 square meters. with internal uncovered parking for three cars.
A midweek cleaning with change of towels and, in the case of extended stay, weekly cleaning with change of towels and sheets is included in the rate.

Wonderful house, pool and gardens on spectacular stretch of sea
We stayed for one week in July - family of four (kids 13 and 14) - and had a lovely time.
The house is immaculate- wonderful in every way, decorated to a standard not so easy to find in this part of Italy. WiFi worked perfectly as did all the appliances. The hosts are very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions you might have. Very clean house and really appreciated the mid stay clean and change of towels😊
There are many lovely beaches - both private and public nearby. The sea and beach are truly amazing - also great for families with smaller children as the first 60-70 meters are shallow and safe.

Tutto è stato meraviglioso e l'attenzione per i dettagli in questa bellissima villa ci ha subito colpito. I cordiali padroni di casa Flavio e Antonio erano anche molto accomodanti e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda.
La posizione è a circa 100 metri dal mare, devi solo attraversare il ruscello adiacente su un piccolo ponte. Il lido più vicino è il "Goa Beach", dove si possono gustare ritmi moderni con cocktail rinfrescanti. Un po 'più in là si trova l' "Elios Beach", che offre un po' più di spazio, ma anche più tranquillità. Eravamo spesso sulla spiaggia pubblica "Le Dune", a ca. 500 metri, secondo noi una delle spiagge più belle del Salento.
La villa stessa si distingue dal resto, perché lo stile è più simile a una casa al mare a Miami e non ha nulla in comune con lo stile architettonico pugliese. L'arredamento è molto moderno e tutto è studiato nei minimi dettagli. Anche il giardino è ben curato e integra perfettamente la casa anche con l'elaborata illuminazione esterna.
Ci siamo sentiti molto bene qui, già dal primo giorno, e speriamo di ritornarci presto. Grazie Flavio e Antonio per tutto!

Fantastic Villa!!
We really enjoyed our time at Corte dei Florio Villa and it exceeded our expectations.
The internal accommodation is first class and the villa is decorated in a modern style which can be hard to find. The garden was larger than it looked on the website and while the pool was smaller than some it was lovely and warm and had a jacuzzi at one end. Ideal to cool down in the heat of the afternoon.
The booking process was easy - Flavio and Antonio were great hosts and always on call if we needed advice on the villa or area.
The location is great for access to several beaches with shallow waters and therefore ideal for families. Whilst there are some beach bars nearby we used the car to travel to the better restaurants in Porto Cesareo. However, the journey is very short as it only takes 5 minutes. We would also recommend checking out Gallipoli and Lecce which are around 30 mins away by car.
