The apartment was perfect, exacly how it was listed. The surrounding neighborhood was great. It is more of a local location so it was packed with tourists. I would definitely stay there again.
We really loved our stay at this apartment. The neighborhood was adorable and the apartment was awesome! The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We hope to visit again! Thank you so much to the manager and his staff for being so very responsive and helpful!

We loved the spacious apartment. It was clean and comfortable for our family of four.
The apartment was smaller than I thought it would be but still adequate for 4 of us. There were many steps to climb to the 4th floor location - while there was an elevator which we appreciated, it could only take 1 person or 1 suitcase at a time. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. The place was super clean, and well located. we had a problem finding a place to park - we worked it out but it was expensive (50 eurows for overnight stay). so we would stay again if we had no car.
This apartment was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bath. We prepared our breakfast in the kitchen and enjoyed having the coffee pot and cups. There was plenty of cookware and dishes if one wanted to prepare a larger meal.
We enjoyed the terrace very much!! We ate there and enjoyed visiting. We also appreciated the washer and detergent. The clothes dried quickly overnight.
We ate at 4 restaurants nearby which were good. And visited 2 nearby grocery stores. We didn't have a car but the public rail was nearby and we were able to get everywhere in the city on it.
The management was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were going to Barcelona.
All categories listed earned a 5 star, but I gave this place 4 stars only because of maintenance issues. The shower head hose in the main bedroom/bath was disconnecting from the shower head, making it nearly impossible to shower without spraying water all over the bathroom. And, the door handle to the balcony fell off the first time we tried to open it. We notified the office and I will update to let you know if we receive our deposit back.
Other than those 2 things, this was a great place to stay! The location was near a market where we purchased breakfast items. There was a security guard in the market - I donât know if this is a common practice, but we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also very near the Metro and we walked to this property from the main train station where we had traveled to from Madrid. I would definitely stay here again, even with the maintenance issues.
