All ground floor. One double bedroom. Hall for coats/boots; living room with great views, wood burning stove, small TV/DVD and door to garden which surrounds the whole house; fitted kitchen/dining room (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker) with garden views; double bedroom with pretty views; shower-room (suite). Family and friends welcome to camp on site (extra), by arrangement.
What makes this property unique
Central heating, electric panel heaters with wood burning stove (started pack provided). Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request, Off road parking for two cars. Up to three well-behaved dogs welcome (first pet is fee, the second and third at a charge of £25 per pet), Sorry no smoking. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: This property is approached over 70 yards of rough drive. Note: Domestic pets, as well as free ranging farm animals and wildlife are present in the immediate surrounding areas of Kestorway - we therefore politely request that dogs must be under effective close control at all times.
