This smart semi-detached cottage is situated on the waterfront in the Devon village of Lympstone and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
1 The Quay is a stylish semi-detached three-storey cottage on the waterfront at the end of a cobbled lane in the Devon coastal village of Lympstone. The cottage sleeps four people in a first floor double bedroom with family bathroom and a second floor twin bedroom (can convert to double). On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside is a small walled seating area with furniture. With the village shops and pubs close by, 1 The Quay is a smashing cottage for a lovely Devon break. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome, not permitted on beds or furniture, sorry no cats. No smoking.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Parking is available in a public car park nearby. Enclosed courtyard garden. One well-behaved dog welcome, not permitted on beds or furniture, sorry no cats. Sorry no smoking.
